Canvass; Silayio's brave & inspiring battle with Depression

It's Mental Health Awareness month and I genuinely think we need to have these conversaions all year long, not just one month.
Just last year, depression was found to be the greatest cause behind our yearly 7000 suicides! I'm glad to host Kenyan musician Silayio on this episodes as she shares her battle with depression. I hope her story inspires you as it did me, and that the helplines shared prove helpful to you.
