This is formerly Ginza restaurant which serves regular "Japanese" food. Not hi end definitely no live fish. They still have a store in Thornhill. We go there sometimes when I crave their beef ribs. They also have this mean seafood ied rice, very delicious though a tad oily. Its part of a combo meal which is very reasonably priced. Dinner for two can feed easily 3 ppl, but if rice ball is there I don't know lol. .

Honestly, as you can see from our reactions, their cooked food dishes aren't that great...
Do you mean they used to be somewhere else but did not have the giant sashimi dishes like what I had?
@@TorontoHKger The Finch location used to serve average Japanese/ Chinese fusion cuisine that sort of thing. Nothing fancy like the live fish u had. I guess they are going hi end now they had the esteemed chef from HK
The Finch location might have changed hands I hadn't been there a long time
They still bear the same name at the Thornhill store serving same old food

我曾經試過在香港食姿造，結果到上菜時，條魚個口仲係一開一合咁，嚇得我哋叫人攞開，以後唔敢喇😅😅😅😅😅
你食嗰種係活魚姿造，以前好普遍，我都食唔少😛後來應該好多人覺得殘忍所以越來越少咁樣了。

多謝介紹，請問這種魚中午有否供應還是晩上才有，預定要早幾耐才有得食?
我兩次都係晚餐，雖然佢哋有午市但的我唔知午餐時段有冇呢種魚食呀…
我第一次冇預訂，放工後去，餐廳當時有存貨。而第二次預訂我就提早一星期打電話的…或者可問問餐廳佢哋通常邊日入貨就知道了。

Ginza好像開了很久，是－般的日本餐廳？
廚房出品當晚確是一般，但咁大條魚嘅姿做擺盤多倫多就非常少見。佢地魚生肉類嘅質量同種類亦比一般日本餐廳好好多，所以我認為加賀已屬高一檔次嘅餐廳。大家口味唔同，當然係純粹個人意見。
可唔可以下次去「糖記」？
去我去過，係大眾化甜品店又有啲熱嘢食吓咁啦。
生肉我唔識欣賞, 不過睇你哋食得咁滋味都"鄧"你哋開心。究竟啲魚是否來自日本?
好難講。就算 Taro 日本魚生市場都會賣其他國家入貨嘅魚類，所以未必全部係日本空運魚。
這日式料理的lunch special 非常普通喎。Covid 期間時常買外賣，朋友介紹它的lunch 我記得都食過些少壽司，食完你唔會想去堂食。或許它不應做special! 做得太平又極之普通，又點會令人相信它會做出好食的刺身呢？
佢嘅廚房出品確係普通，就算下次我再去，都唔會叫廚房出品，所以今次影片主要都係介紹姿造魚生。
如果未有信心，就等佢地有多啲好嘅 reviews 先再睇吓去唔去囉！多倫多咁多好食店😊一定有啱你心水的👍🏻

I'm not a fan of raw food, but i know ppl who are totally addicted to raw stuff. When Japan starts the massive dumping of radioactive water, maybe ppl would think twice 😮
