Thank you for your comment! You're absolutely right-HOA costs can vary significantly depending on the location and amenities offered by each community. In the video, I highlighted the average costs based on recent data, but it's crucial for potential buyers to verify these fees directly with each HOA to get the most accurate information. Costs can indeed range from $300 to $1200 or even higher in some cases, impacting the overall affordability of a home significantly. I appreciate your input and will keep this in mind for future videos. Thanks for watching!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The rising costs of condo fees, insurance, and repairs can indeed be challenging. It's crucial for buyers to carefully research these expenses and consider long-term affordability before purchasing. While costs have risen, there are still pockets where affordability can be found, and working with a knowledgeable local real estate agent can help navigate these complexities. Wishing you all the best in your retirement in Europe!

Don't move to Florida unless you have a million dollars or you are okay with being a disposal servant. Car insurance is high because of the over population so add that to the many costs of living in Florida.

Living costs in Florida can vary, and it's true that certain expenses like car insurance can be higher in densely populated areas. Thanks for your comment!

Hey there! Thanks for your comment.
The market is definitely shifting right now. Here in Florida, we're seeing more houses available and some properties sitting on the market longer. This means buyers have more options and potentially more negotiating power - that's what a buyer's market is all about.
Of course, the market can vary by location, so it's always a good idea to chat with a local realtor to get the latest scoop on your specific area.
