I agree that home prices are still too high in some parts and need to come down.

MANY ARE DUMPING THE CONDO BECAUSE THE SPECIAL ASSMENT TO REPAIR THESE CONDO.. THESE CONDO WILL NEVER GO UP IN PRICE >> NEVER.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's true that special assessments can be a significant financial burden for condo owners, and they can impact the desirability of a property. However, it's important to consider the broader picture. Many condos undergoing assessments are also being updated and improved, which can enhance their long-term value and appeal.
Real estate markets are complex and influenced by numerous factors, including location, amenities, and overall market conditions. While special assessments may deter some buyers in the short term, they can also lead to necessary repairs and improvements that protect and potentially increase property values over time.
When considering buying a condo, it's crucial to do thorough research and understand all the financial obligations involved. Consulting with a real estate professional can provide valuable insights tailored to the individual's specific situation.

Ive noticed some downward pressure on house prices in my area. House up the road was listed for 435k, sold for 399k. House next door to it which is smaller is listed for 400k, im willing to bet it'll sell for like 350k maybe less. I got lucky we bought our house on 2022, but the house we bought does need work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's interesting to see the variations in house prices, and you're right-there can be downward pressure in certain areas depending on market conditions. It's great that you were able to purchase your home in 2022, and even though it needs some work, investing in improvements can often increase its value over time.

Y'all real estate people need to come to reality. No banks are writing home loans.

Thank you for your comment. The current real estate market is indeed facing challenges, and the availability of home loans can vary depending on several factors, including economic conditions and individual financial situations. While it may feel like banks are tightening their lending standards, they are still providing home loans, although the criteria may be stricter. It's important for buyers to have a strong credit score, stable income, and proper documentation. I always recommend working with a knowledgeable real estate agent and a trusted lender to navigate these complexities.

Great! If only homeowner's insurance and property tax values would go down, then we're talking but they won't. Attorneys and contractor's control the insurance industry premiums and FL pensions are in the red.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Homeowner's insurance and property taxes are indeed significant considerations for homeowners, especially in Florida. The increasing costs can be frustrating. The insurance industry is influenced by various factors, including natural disasters and market conditions, which can lead to higher premiums. As for property taxes, they are often linked to property values and local government needs. It's a complex issue with no simple solution, but staying informed and exploring options like homestead exemptions or working with an experienced insurance agent can help mitigate some costs. I appreciate your engagement and thanks for watching.

It is so easy to manipulate the housing market. Judy ask some realtors

Thank you for sharing your perspective. The real estate market is indeed complex and can be influenced by various factors, including economic conditions, interest rates, and supply and demand dynamics. While Realtors play a role in the market by helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions, it's important to note that the market as a whole is shaped by many external factors beyond any single group's control.
Realtors are bound by ethical standards and regulations designed to ensure fair and transparent transactions. Their goal is to provide valuable guidance and support to their clients, helping them make informed decisions based on current market conditions.

Now is not the time to buy...look the second quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026. The inventory is piling up and the US should expect some economic turmoil after the next election.
