My moms been eating there since she was a teenager. I haven’t found a place that can touch them!!! Each bite takes me back to my childhood, recipe hasn’t changed!!!
I can't wait to get back home ...I lived 1 street over on Biloxi Street baby I know about that place..yes sir !!!!!!!

Man much love to the sonic boom I live in Memphis but my aunts are j state alumni my folks are from Holmes county Mississippi . I wish Jackson could get a grip on the city and make it back how it was in the 80s and 90s when Jackson had a booming economy . People don’t know Jackson had Ferrari and Lamborghini dealerships on gallitan st back when Jackson had big money . We use to always stop at Ellis seafood I know Jack town is full of mom and pop spots like this one . 👍

The pan fried trout is goooooooooD. That’s my go to every time I’m in Jackson. Watch out for them bones though. You gotta help the babies and the uninitiated.

Man...you guys really hurt me on this one. I use to go there at least twice a week. I miss the Pan trout plate. Please make some more home viedos on the food. Being here in Southern Cali....I miss it. Big Shout out to Eddie....man, I gave you my money on a daily due to the good food.
