    DUDE. I watched this multiple times and was completely fooled. Quite possibly one of the best false shuffles I’ve ever seen. I’m gonna have to practice this right now!!

      Thank you so much! Appreciate you taking out the time to comment! This is actually a variation on Richard Turner’s full deck overhand shuffle, literally gets everyone!

    Wow. Incredible. That's so convincing and looks just like a normal shuffle. Amazing.

    Even better and less risky than the false riffle shuffle. Totally worth practising.

    That looks incredibly hard... I only figured how to control the top card while doing the shuffle ... But keep ALL the deck same, - is another level! Nicely done!

      Thank you! It did take me a while to learn, but definitely worth it!

    You deserve way more subscribers. You have great presence and explain the mechanics (well, duh!) but also the subtleties well. I look forward to all your videos.

    Great shuffle.
    It is very similar to Gordon Bruce false shuffle published in 5x5 Scotland book.
    Is it the origin of this one?

    Hey, that was a really good, convincing false overhand shuffle. Well, it does help a little bit when you're using borderless cards. 😁 Anyway, good job! 👍

    • @CardMechanic
      @CardMechanic  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yeah the borderless cards definitely help!

    • @CardMechanic

      Hi! I actually based this shuffle off of one that I saw richard turner perform. However, I changed the method of the shuffle and came up with this. Hope this helps!

    This shuffle has existed for decades. You really should have researched and then credited the creator if possible, no?
    Also dude, why are you doing '1,2,3,4 and then sliding the card back? That's crazy! Just do '1,2,3 and on the 4th lay down of the card you simply move your right hand slightly back in order for you to place the 4th card jogged back automatically without any need for such an obvious and out of place move as the push back of the 4th card that you are not onlly doing here but, unfortunately, teaching!!!!

      Can you tell me the original creator please so I can read up on it. Thanks
