    Aside from Richard turner you have the best 2nd deal, thx for sharing.
    I find it easier to also get the ring finger of the right hand to assist pull the 2nd card out, for the middle finger to deal it!
    Proper friction of the thumb and the middle and ring fingers will make it much easier (as the forces need to be fine tuned).
    The role of active index finger needs more elaboration .Without the index finger the top card will lose its desired position on top of the deck.

    Make sure that you are using bicycle playing cards that only have the air cushion finish because the transition of the cards is much smoother when you deal them I know because I used to do all this when I was much younger and the air cushion makes it easier. it’s one thing to do second dealing. That’s a piece of cake. Try bottom dealing without air cushion finish

    • @CardMechanic

    I'm blown away your dealing like Richard Turner!!

    • @luka6257
      @luka6257 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to blow it man, but not at all. It's actually the complete opposite. This is more of an erdnase grip and mr. Turner uses a full grip (where all of the fingers are on the longe edge of the deck, where there's also a big opening at the front short edge). Turner also puts his thumb on the short edge near the outer right corner. Here, he puts it on the left long edge.
      The only similarity is that these push off's are quite clean. (later on, though, I hope he'll realise that the erdnase grip is great to start with, but that he'll have to move on to a less unnatural grip like a mechanic's or a full grip (in my opinion of course))
