I appreciate your efforts in communicating hope to people who have experienced brain injury. Thankfulness, practicing an attitude of gratitude in the midst of a storm is beneficial and it's even biblical - we put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Also appreciate the reminder of the neurological link between hands & the brain : )

I welcome all advice. Such a while back I had TBI... so many delays on getting the cognitive treatment I was advised to get in June 2018. I’m trying SO hard to go forward. To find a place of peace & Joy. Thank you. Glad I found this place.

I wish you would do a video on personality changes from TBI and how to cope. Especially when you are a parent.
    Thank you for your videos.

Aceytl L Carnitine In the morn & fish oil at night has calmed my mood swings. Those both help with inflammation & mood to a certain extent & are not drugs they’re safe to use

My2 Loves honestly too many to list. Everyday was a new thing/struggle.. but before I started taking those supplements & watching my diet (no salty foods/inflammatory food) I had headaches, heart palpitations, blurry vision (it improved over time I think with time not coz supplements but fish oil is good for vision too!) irritability, really bad anxiety, I’m a laidback guy but I would just have these aggressive thoughts towards situations or people that wouldn’t normally make me tick. Also sometimes it felt like a different part of my brain/head would pulsate. Tinnitus, ears felt like they were muffled.. as soon as I took aceytl L Carnatine I felt like a release of pressure in my head about 25 mins later like as if I had descended from an altitude & my ears weren’t muffled & some pressure went down! Hope it helps you if you try it, I take 1000 mg Aceytl L Carnatine at 8am, 2000 IU Vitamin D3 midday, & 1200 mg fish oil 8 pm. It really helps

Thank you for this video!! I use yoga rice bags and put them on my solar plexus and across my pelvis when I lie down, it helps like a weighted blanket, and I wonder if part of this is the pressure against our solar plexus, like when we pull people we are hugging close to us, puppies, kittens, babies. Thank you!!

Would benzodiazapine damage to the gaba receptors (which results in being in a chronic state of fight or flight when tapering off) be considered a brain injury?

I've had multiple concussions and a compound skull fracture in three places. I've got 9 titanium plates in my head, since then I've got divorced and can't find a person to deal with me. I hate everyday of my post TBI life.

Aceytl L carnitine in the morn & fish oil at night has put the majority of my symptoms at bay, I don’t know if it will completely help yours but it wouldn’t hurt to try, both supplements are good for inflammation & good for mood
