The episode is called Good Girl episode 3 of season 7 of Law & Order and originally aired on NBC on October 2, 1996 and in the Danielle Mason played by Chelsea Altman who kills her boyfriend Charles Monroe for rejecting her and it is one most intense and racially charged episode because the killer is a White Woman and the victim is a Black Man and Mason lied about Monroe raping her too and it was disgusting that they put the victim on trial and he wasn't alive to defend himself and that his parents had to hear and see their son's reputation being destroyed and Good Girl is one of my best and my favourite episodes of L&O and I love the episode, I love L&O and it is the best.

The legal system is built on the presumption of innocence until proven guilty by way of the process - the accused is given every consideration to be allowed to defend themselves. That's what they mean by innocent until proven guilty. You are allowed to defend yourself (which also includes - in this context - having a lawyer by your side to speak for you).
But the police work on assuming guilt. They then hand the criminal over to the legal system to prepare to defend himself, and their job is done.
It's the job of the police to catch the criminal, and the job of the legal system to determine his or her guilt or innocence.
You DO live in the most lenient country on earth - the legal system is built on the presumption of innocence, whether you see that or not.
Do you think women jailed or executed for offences in the Middle East are given ANY chance to even speak for themselves - let alone given a lawyer and a trial system to rigorously defend themselves!

Actual trained LEO’s take the full finger print to include below the first joint as well! A match for prints is a 13 point match, not a 6 point match! Between 6 and 13 point match is a massive deviation for comparison!!! 😂😂😂

In the 80's, Member's Only became all the rage with a similar style, but my dad had that London Fog as long as I could remember (I was born in the 60's). We donated it Goodwill or St. Vincent de Paul along with his other clothes when he passed away in 1991.

I must be watching the wrong show. . . . .a woman says she was R-worded and kills someone and the two male officers just take her at her word??? Yeah, that's why the me too movement happened. Thank God the chief was like "Murderer? Is there a universal sign for that I should be looking for?" like they should all look disheveled and crazy instead of an average human being. . . . .The stereotyping started from the very beginning and the divides started right there before other racial factors were brought into play in the episode. . . . .Law and Order = great tv.
