Laptop heatsink modding - Asus GL553VD

adding copper pipes and heatsinks to original cooling system, does it work?
update:
1. it did work in some ways, not by alot
2. i sold this laptop for a better one in 2021
current system is illegear (for malaysia, for americans it's xmg) 5800h rtx 3060
3. wen my wallet is filled up better i think imma get a turbine cooler and make a video about it, obvious temp decrease with abit more noise (eg. iets gt500/gt600, and llano v12)
