I can see in this guy's deportment, ease and tone that moving permanently to Monaco has consolidated his peace of mind - he is settled and content and this makes him a better and more durable businessman. This feature should be a motivating factor in where you choose to move to as your permanent base.

However, the new rich love everything shiny and expensive so they flock to the place in droves. If you are wealthy, there are places just over the border in France that are far more life-enriching.
