    Monaco is indeed pristine clean but there is nonetheless dog shit everywhere. Monaco should impose a clean-after-your-pet policy like in Switzerland and other places.

    I can see in this guy's deportment, ease and tone that moving permanently to Monaco has consolidated his peace of mind - he is settled and content and this makes him a better and more durable businessman. This feature should be a motivating factor in where you choose to move to as your permanent base.

      sure, a stable person who has chosen to contribute nothing to the society that raised him and to which he belongs; he's a tax-dodger, and even if done legally it's not exactly a good thing.

      @ I would far prefer a person produce something people value and not pay tax than produce nothing and suck off the state which more than half of British people do. But anyway the government of Monaco actually owns a huge amount of the real estate in Monaco so your rent is your tax there.

    There are plenty of apartments sub $2000 per month. Food isn’t that much more than Italy and France. You can walk everywhere and ride a scooter.

      Monaco is my favourite place to be, I can just confirm what you say. It is no Problem to live on 40.000 Euro or even less in Monaco. Sure you will not buy than your belongings at Dior, LV and Hermes, but you live in Monaco, what is such a great place! Love it..

    You can borrow FIAT funds (euro, dollar gbp) against your crypto using NEXO (centralised crypto bank) …… or if you are more technically savvy you can access DEFI (new technology where a protocol puts lender and borrower together )

    I liken Monaco to the mega-yachts you see in the harbour. The place is not authentically beautiful - everything is shiny, manicured, and contrived (including many of its citizens). However, the new rich love everything shiny and expensive so they flock to the place in droves. If you are wealthy, there are places just over the border in France that are far more life-enriching.

    If you buy a property in the UK you´ll get caught with 40% inheritance tax, though this may change with the approach to non dom taxes in the UK.

      Nice and it's surroundings for instance has problems of insecurity and drug trafficking
