So sweet! Could try stretching some front tires on the rear wheels. Makes for quite a small contact patch so you could go fast but drift when wanted.

That’s sick. I’m building my own e go kart right now. I have the 60v 38ah battery. X sine wave controller. I just need to get a hold of a motor. Can you post a photo of how you mounted the motor to the frame? Also did you buy harness extenders for the battery and controller?
How many teeth motor sprocket, and how many teeth axle sprocket? is it enough torque with that ratio? thanks

Im doing a similar build with a qs138 and chi battery. Is there a specific sprocket and chain that you use?
I’m probably gonna build this I have a 52 volt battery laying around would it be compatible if I bought the same motor and controller as you?

Howd you make the motor spin the other way?
You can reverse 2 of the phase wires (don’t recommend), or you can reverse the direction within the FarDriver app. Also I just built another kart with the chain on the inside, making the orientation the same as stock which I recommend doing.

Yah, the chain you just cut to size, then shifter karts have the chain adjustment through the motor mount. I’m going to have to make a more in depth video, didn’t explain it very well in this video.

Your going to need a bigger motor. At least 4kw (4000w). Bigger the better.

Yah. That mic setup is wack. It’s a Emmick Racing chassis. Any shifter cart chassis will work

$1500-$5000 depending on the deals you can find

Chassis is from an Emmick Shifter kart. Everything else is a custom build.
But if i have an 72 v surron motor and a 48v battery does it work or does the volt nees to match
Doesn’t matter. The controller converts the Voltage. Any decent controller will work with 48v-72v

Check out my video “building another kart” from a couple uploads ago, I made a video showing the entire build. Had to make a custom bracket because I couldn’t find the same one that was used in this kart. Pretty simple to build. I welded mine up but you could make one without welding with bracket from Home Depot.

where can I get the motor mount?
The shifter carts come with a motor mount. You just need thick 90 degree metal brackets from Home Depot. Drill them to match the holes on the motor and chassis.
