Hi Buddy! Apologies for the late response on this - you'd want to set up a decision block after the Account selection. There, you can use the Account ID (or lack thereof) to put the user into a secondary path where an Account can be created.
Are you going to do an update for this video to take into the new kiosk functions which I believe can create records. I believe that the custom function creation part is no longer necessary; Did I understand correctly?

👌🏼 Really nice demo of kiosk. I hope there will be an update with an openURL or a redirect page. I Have some use cases, and my sales agents will not understand they need to copy & paste the URL to see their new deal.
Hi Olivier - Agreed! We can't wait until there is some kind of openURL supported. We demo'd the copy/paste here, but it would definitely be better to have the Kiosk route them directly.

Currently, Kiosks are not supported in the CRM portal as of now. However, we'd expect that eventually this will be available.

@@Zenatta have they made any movement on an openURL? Seems like a simple fix
You could add an action to send an email with the url to their inbox with the link etc.
