I see Bigin is included in Zoho One. For a small business, sales and marketing only 4 people, is Bigin a better option than the Zoho CRM?

Quick question Stewart, can you add a whatsapp business per user or is it per account?
One WhatsApp business account. Then you can assign users or roles to access the messages inside the account.
Zoho mail simply goes to JUNK/SPAM folder of Microsoft Servers (Outlook / Hotmail). This is a reported error without any solution so far.
Are you sure? I will ask them about this.
@@StewartGauld 100% sure. This is super annoying and undermines the possibility of using Zoho as an alternative solution to Google or Microsoft.
