    Couple of months ago I tried to do this and failed. This month I tried again and you guys already posted very informative video about it. Two things I've learned from this video:
    - You can call functions directly inside of the filters
    - You can share the data you added directly with customers. I never selected View All at the end as I didn't want to share everything, but first sharing then filtering is the way to go I suppose. And I always thought since they are portal users and don't pay much, they only get their own data.

    Nice video, very well explained, I just would like to know if there is a way to customize sign up page with more fields, not only name and email, or after fill a form give the option to the user to sign up

      Hi Andres! Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we can customize the sign-up page itself. However, you could definitely set up a Zoho Form or public Creator Form as a "sign-up" that captures more information. That form submission could then trigger the portal invite via API.
