    Thanks for the amazingly thorough review guys! QUESTION: I was hoping to use zoho inventory/ Zoho books for my food manufacturing business (sandwiches, salads, burritos, wraps, etc.) LOT of ingredients, recipes, nutrition info, labor costs associated to produce different items. Do you happen to know of an ERP software that could integrate accounting, production, database for ingredients, food cost tracking, raw material needs by day or by order. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks

    Regarding Respond condition, how long will the contact wait? As long until a condition is true? If so, what about delivered?

      @@Zenatta one more thing that came up, as stated in the documentation, a lead can enter more path in the workflow. So without your solution, just using the email condition, what happens if a lead is in e.G. 2 path and one is ended with "leave workflow" or "push to another workflow", what will happen to the other path? Will it be ended, too?

    Hey - does Campaigns push data back to CRM? Ive set up a sync to move my leads/contacts from CRM to campaigns. What Im looking for now is that Id like to see campaign open and click data pushed back to CRM in some way. For instance, can I increase a lead's score (in CRM) based on an email they open or click in Campaigns?

      You can update score based on open/click for both Campaigns and Workflows in Zoho Campaigns. This data is reflected back in the CRM when the score is updated. You can also under advanced options push data/task to the CRM as well.

    If you set up a workflow that pulls anyone who has a tag including "Facebook" do you have to add the tag in the Campaign data or in the CRM data? In other words, if I am in CRM and change a contact to "Facebook" tag - will that tag automatically transfer to the campaign list, or do I need to add the tag to the Campaign List to start them in an automated workflow? In general, If I make changes to a field in CRM will it auto transfer to Campaigns, or do I need to synch everytime I make a change?

    How can we connect the Automation signup form to our website

      Hi Mark Stonis, Inside of your Campaigns account, click on “Contacts” and then “Signup Forms” and then click the Signup Form you are wishing to add to your website. From here, you can either copy the “Signup form URL” link to a button on your website, or copy the “Form embed code” to embed it directly onto the page.
      If you have a Wordpress site, you can also download and install the Zoho Campaigns plugin and then access your Signup Forms directly through the plugin and generate a Short Code to add on any page you wish.

    We want to build an eBook campaign and email the lead the eBook with a follow-on drip. Doesn't look like I can add an attachment to a workflow email. Am I missing something? Alternatively, is there a way to include a download link?

    Can I sync back to CRM from campaigns lists by assigning topics in bulk to those contacts already in campaigns and CRM so the interrest field you recommend then populates? Just because this is a new field in CRM so updating it in bulk from campaings could be quite a fast process if it can be done?

    Hi. Thank you so much for this video. We've been getting in a bit of a pickle with our Campaigns setup and this really helped to get various aspects clearer in our heads.
    Question: I understand that to send a campaign it must be linked to a Topic. We appear to have a number of contacts who have deselected from all our topics, but have not unsubscribed, so, strictly speaking we still have permission to contact them. We would like to send them an occasional email by way of an update/re-engagement. Is there any way of having everyone on a topic that they can't unsubscribe from or some other way of contacting these topic-less people? Thanks

      Yes and no, by default, now they are disabled. They still come in handy though, for those who properly utilize them.
