Thanks for the video, I was able to install using the Cobra installation instructions. One thing though, I had to loosen the mounting bracket bolts after installing the bracket and torqueing the bolts because the muffler bolts would not thread, I could get one but not both unless the bracket had some play. It all needed to be loose for me, probably manufacturing tolerance variance.
I bought a 2021 Fat Boy & want to do something to the lack of sound on the stock pipe 1. Does the 2 into 1 change the HP or make the bike have less HP? a buddy of mine can't shut up about it being a "bad choice". I don't agree but want a professional opinion. 2. Do you need to re-tune or tuner upgrade the bike afterward? EXCELLENT tutorial btw!
Love the looks of this pipe, thinking about getting it. Does it have rumble at idle? Looking for a 2 into 1 that performs well and that is loud. What are a few that I should choose from?? Thanks!
When removing and refitting the exhaust flanges Snap Ring pliers should be used instead of running the risk of stabbing yourself or flicking an eye out with a screwdriver.
Looking to install this exhaust. Is the mounting bracket the only part that needs to be torqued down? I have the book on my fxbb but just making sure. Thanks
Question, is there supposed to be space between the flange and head port? Or is the flange supposed to be flush up against the head port? Just installed Vance and Hines short shots on my 18 fat bob and there’s space between the flange and head port and it makes me lose sleep. Help?
A space between the flange and head is fine as long as the pipe is tight in the port. Most of the time there is a space, the flange isn't tight to the head.
Do you guys recommend it performance wise ? Want to change my Short shots on my 1200 sportster with a Big sucker air intake for a 2 into 1 and those cobra are cheaper than anything else in Canada (for now)

Awesome video I can't wait to get my exhaust I have it already ordered
Thanks for this video. Excellent step by step instruction. It should help me when I go to install my own.
I have this exhaust and love it.

Watching this video makes me want to tackle the installation myself. My main worry is connecting the headers to the motor

Would this work on a Heritage with the bags on? Sounds awesome
What are all the tools u need
Great video
Any insight regarding performance with this exhaust compared to the Cobra PowerPro HP ? I’m really hesitant with those two for my sporty
How would this work with saddlebags with lower support arms like the Sport Glide? Is there an additional piece needed to mount that little puck?
I have a 2018 Fat Bob 114, but the link you have posted doesn't list any of the M8 bikes. Is that the correct link?
Hi, Guys this is great video!
I have Low Rider ST (117 ci), which tuner do you recommend to this bike?
Love the looks of this pipe, thinking about getting it. Does it have rumble at idle? Looking for a 2 into 1 that performs well and that is loud. What are a few that I should choose from?? Thanks!
Love the sound & look. I actually liked the chrome headers better before you installed the heat shields. Do you sell chromed heat shields?
lost 1 of the 2 bolts that holds the tip's reverse cone... anyone any idea what size these are ?
Would this be a good time to add wide band O2 sensors for a better tune?
yes, the perfect time
When removing and refitting the exhaust flanges Snap Ring pliers should be used instead of running the risk of stabbing yourself or flicking an eye out with a screwdriver.
After the install, do you recommend to remap the engine with the V&H fuelpak FP3?
Let’s go.
How did you get that bolt off of the front header pipe the one that’s in that weird place.
And this is on the Low Rider S
What product did you use to wipe the exhaust? Thanks
We used Cycle Care Formula 33 www.jpcycles.com/product/900-463/cycle-care-formula-33-spray-and-wipe-polish-and-cleaner
Looking to install this exhaust. Is the mounting bracket the only part that needs to be torqued down? I have the book on my fxbb but just making sure. Thanks
technically you torque the exhaust flange nuts. That spec would be in your book also
Hello de CAN have db killer whith this el Diablo ?
Merci,

Hey Guys! What’s the long term thoughts in this pipe? Are you still keen on it?
Yep. Good pipe

I have big shots on my 22 fxfbs.Tge front flange nuts regularly come loose.Any ideas?
Do you guys recommend it performance wise ? Want to change my Short shots on my 1200 sportster with a Big sucker air intake for a 2 into 1 and those cobra are cheaper than anything else in Canada (for now)
The Cobra El Diablo 2 into 1 will work well for you
@@jpcycles cheers 🍻
You didnt torque the flange nuts on the headers.
Would this fit my 22 lowrider st?
And does this fit with factory mid controls on my 22 fxlrst?
If you were worried about fingerprints you should have wiped the pipe off itself. Not the ceramic coated part. It’s irrelevant.
So the black part doesn’t get hot?
Sounds like stock.
