That last race was arguably the best race I have seen on the OG battles. Such a close race the entire way. Also always LOVE seeing Owen the legend make an appearance! ❤

The only battle I saw here was with traction 🤣🤣 close race lads, loved it. Hope the chaser is fixed up and driving again soon, never nice seeing a man’s work have an unfortunate break down.

I have a 240z and I always say, if you ls swap it you better make it real fast and real powerful because you will lose a lot of the character that the stock straight 6 can bring like the exhaust noise and smooth power delivery.
He chose speed and power, and I completely respect him for that.
An amazing race. They need to come back after the chaser gets fixed. That was honestly the best match up I've seen on here (personal opinion) and two of my favorite cars. Love this episode

This is a hard call to which car to own. The Z is SO CLASSIC and 950hp... The Chaser is what I would ultimately want to drive. Actually its one of my dreamcars.
This is the most wild dragrace I've ever seen. Insane builds, with brutal raw mechanical power.

I love the green roll cage inside the chaser. The green and midnight purple combo is godly but I love the datsun because of the light weight and room for all the mods. Nice builds boys.

Awesome motors. The old Nissan was quicker I feel but more difficult to keep the power down. The Chaser got the power down well but as we saw, that diff needs bullet proofing. Niceone OG ✌🏼🙏🏻

... which leads me on to my suggestion... I feel it's a bit of an injustice that cars like these that have to be properly driven don't make it onto the 0-60mph leader board. Maybe you could have a pre-2000 era 0-60mph leaderboard to separate the men from the boys??

man I love that nissan, id love to see the times it posts with full drag radials on 😍 shame about the chaser though.
Suggestion: Do roll races first, then the drag races. This may give a car more chance to last for the whole filming.
Great races either way.
Light cars are harder to hook up with that much power but really good suspension and tires can compensate for that.
Owen was short shifting and wheel spinning all the way 🤣🤣🤣plus his faces add 200bhp
No need to go to the gym when you have to fight the 280 on every pull🤣🔥🚗

Turbo LS can't beat it. I am a huge fan of the 2JZ. But man wheels spin thru 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th ans still wins or a very close race. The JZX was full throttle alot more than the Datsun and the Datsun still held on or won some races. Amazing. Now imagine it actually hooking.
