Perhaps u should check the caliper if it's centered. As the play can come from the gap the pad need to travel.

Checked. It is centered, my guess is the free play would be much lesser with a thicker disc like Galfer.

You do not understand the product you just purchased.. The purpose of that dial isn't to adjust the distance of the leaver so you wanting it to move more than 1 mm makes 0 sense when there is another dial dedicated to that! If you want to move the lever more than 1 mm adjust the knob on the front of the actual leaver. The purpose of the N, S and R dial is to change the feeling of the initial braking characteristics.

you should extract all of the air in the brake lights,air cause a lot off freeplay

Tried bleeding it twice but still the same. Are there any other ways to extract the air other than bleeding?

@@Kickstandup twice isn't enough bro,you should use a small tube plug into the air scrull on the brake master,then try to extract all the air out.the moment you see just oil with out any air bubble then it's good

Hey bro , I like to buy duke 390 . I have some questions about the bike .
* have you feel any wobbling around 140 kmh speed .
* how about the engine heat and radiator fan.
* I heard some oil leak for 390 .
* what about the cruising speed , in my country motorway maximum 100kmh .

My view of duke 390 might help you.
No wobbling at 140kmh.
Engine heat is fine in my opinion. If the heat bothers you my recomendation for you is go for the spal fan it’s way much better.
Over 50k km and never seen a drop of oil leak. But remember to check oil filter cap o-ring oil could leak if the oring is damage.
Duke 390 will do just fine at the speed limits of your country.
Plus the bike accelerate best from 0-120kmh
