I could imagine Gary not many food reviewers would order food that the restaurant serves during the week alongside the Sunday Buffet a clever move and informs those in the area just that little more.
Outstanding restaurant from the review. I'm not huge on buffets but that looked very good value and high quality. Loved the food colouring in the sauces. Nice and 1980s unnatural. £16.95 is a steal The menu meal looked excellent. Particularly the Keema nan. Made me very hungry. 9 out of 10. Bit pricey though. 9 seems fair. Excellent review again Gary.
Very kind of you Andrew. I have to say the restaurant was really beautiful - also helped they had the cricket on in the background so it was great to give that a watch during the meal lol.
Thanks Gary - looked great. Will have to ‘give it a try’. If you like tender lamb, try Persian food. Their lamb is out of this world. Alounak Kensington Olympia is a great one that started off as a few Caravans in Olympia car park. Now they have a nice restaurant in russel gardens. But the kebabs are amazing. Very different to Turkish
Great stuff Jake. Ironically, there’s a Persian place right next door to Haweli that looked brilliant. Definitely on my list of places to go in the future 😊
A wonderful review as always Gary. I loved the concept of comparing the buffet to the regular menu, and lamb is my favourite too. The camerawork is so outstanding I could almost smell that Madras sauce. 10 out of 10.
Smashing review Gary and I’m surprised you’re not twice the size you are with all that food you’re eating. Buffet looked amazing and so did the keema Nan. I’ll have to pop down there and give it a try. Thanks for the recommendation 👍😁
Hi Gary good afternoon because me and my wife like Indian food and watching your reviews on Indian restaurants makes both of us hungry yet again. Thanks for that mate, Colin.
With your vids, it seems when the food is hot, the weather's not! This looked like a good choice of restaurant to try and everything looked very tasty to me. I see you've now upgraded to the pilau rice which is great. I'm with you on hating food waste. The description of how the lamb curry's heat waved through you was interesting. I prefer that to a meal that's volcanically hot the minute you tuck in, LOL. Oh and glad you're a thumbs up to coriander person as it's my favourite herb and I find it odd that the haters often think it tastes of soap. Another worthy review, cheers.
I am still astounded to witness how easy it still is for an indian to be in England and not feel out of place. You know the language and the people behind them. So many shared passions and stories. For good or bad, eternally intertwined, are India and England.
I stayed in east london, and the shops have array of spices, goodies, condiments you may not find in many Indian cities even. In fact few items we used to get in india vanished in thin air, and holy smoke, they are available in London. My two cents, London is a "world city" for very good reasons and one will always find something close to his/her heart wherever on the planet he/she is from.
Your marking was as I would predict that I would give. Clearly, although maybe a little more limited, it was a good buffet. The main meal had a very big keema nan, one of my staples when I get a curry along with keema rice, and the other dishes looked top class. It's no wonder they have won a number of awards, food value at one of its best. Once again because of your reviews, this goes on my list of places to eat out when I find myself in the area or just a Sunday treat, as in no cooking!!
WOW Gary, that place looks the genuine deal. The starter looks delicious - I love the colours, and apparent freshness. The main looks good, although I like my food hot - but understandable for a buffet. The rice looks great. I genuinly felt hungry after seeing this plate of food. :) I would definately enjoythis place and the price for London is outstanding. Now the Lamb and Keema... oh my word.... gimme! Personally I like to see a little ghee floating on the top of the Madras - but this will be healthier for you! Good to hear it was tender anddid not dissapoint. The keema looks epic. Nice report Gary. Now where's my curry powder....
The ghee does make it tastier but definietly unhealthier at the same time. Glad you really enjoyed the review and seems you enjoyed the selection I chose. Thanks for watching!
I live near here. Tbf there is a lot of good curry places in the local area, and I mean literally within 5 minutes walk. This place is decent but I would say the Laguna a few doors up is a bit better. More pricey for the a la crate but I believe their Sunday buffet is only like £1 more or something. I find the haweli is often kind of empty on Sunday and the stuff isn’t stocked up amazingly whereas the Laguna is always packed and the samosas, breads, bhajis etc are constantly topped up.
Gary, is there any chance of you visiting the Diwana Bhel Poori House in Drummond Street please? I used to often eat there in the 70's. It was delicious. Thanks, Gary, and the cameraman. I love your reviews
Good comprehensive review Gary. I definitely think it was worth the price for that quality. I’d probably give the edge to The Princess at Morden, but I’m biased as I’ve been there. Great work Gary.
Looked really fabulous, Gary. Great you tried a small variety from the buffet and a dish from the menu. Watching it during a break, so you made me starving again, but no time to eat yet, as I am on call. But another fantastic review and the flavours so well described. Have a wonderful rest of your day and speak to you soon, mate!😊😊
Glad you enjoyed it Frank. Good luck with the rest of your day and I hope it goes well. Speak to you very soon and apologies for the late response to the email. Thank you!
Wow. Looks fantastic! I would so go if I ever get back to England. Indian food is my favourite. As you pointed out, loads of options for vegetarians. Also great for gluten free which unfortunately I need too. I so miss a good samosa!
Your fantastic Gary. I will send you a list of London very cheap eats, starting at £1. But this for central London is not bad. Always an absolute treat to see your superior videos. Could watch them all week.
@@GaryEats oriental Chef does a £4.99 lunchtime deal. Not bad at all. Marugame in Bond Street do Udon Bowls from £4.99. For those who love Oysters wrights brothers do £1 Oysters 3-6 Monday to Friday and Sunday 9AM-11.45. This is at Battersea power station. Barrio: £2 tacos with all different fillings an excellent price, these are at soho, or Shoreditch or angel. Vooodoo rays do fantastic pizza slices, for only £3 on Mondays in Dalston. And for at least one of them “give it a try”
Gary!!! Nice video again! When you ordered keema Naan I was delightfully surprised. That's one of my favourites. I sometimes enjoy a Partha (style of bread) as well. The cheese (paneer), it's very basic when it's cooked into spinach or another dish. Howev, I would love to recommend you try a Paneer Shashlik (usually includes a Naan bread). It's grilled with vegetables in a skewer and the flavour as well as the texture is exceptionally enjoyable. Congratulations 👏🏻 on another great video!
It's so good Michael. Glad you have it as well. I will try it the next time it's on the menu at an Indian restaurant. Thanks for watching mate. Another buffet to add to the list!
A very interesting review; well filmed, informative narrative and good sound. It was good to see an immaculate white tablecloth, big plates and proper cutlery which you highlighted. It was a shame about the starters not hot - the main drawback to hot buffets? Anyway I think they deserved your high score! Did you go for the IPA this time Gary? I am looking forward to your foray into Leeds - "I suppose it'll do land".
GARY I LOVE YOUR VIDS AND PRESENTING STYLE, REALLY RELAXED AND PROFESSIONAL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE INDIAN FOOD LOOKED AMAZING. ASIAN PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY AND HAVE GREAT FOOD!!
Agree with you Gary about the selection choices not being as big as other buffets BUT the quality is the key. It's better doing a few thing spot on than doing lots of things that are only so-so. My thoughts anyway. It certainly looks like a place worth going to if we ever get back to the UK as the pricing is very reasonable & the service is top notch.
Gary, Award winning curry house ✅ All you can eat £16.95 ✅ Excellent review & looked an extremely superb place to eat! A couple of small issues let it down, not enough choice... However I believe that is because it possibly creates more waste with more dishes.. & obviously the dishes were not piping hot, it probably didn't help with the large spoons in the trays & the lids not being fully closed... Maybe small holes in the lids for the spoon handles could have helped a little.. Fantastic review one of your best so far, & the score of 8 was spot on! Cheers 🍻
Excellent review Gary for17 quid I think personally it was really good value for money, I'm very fortunate to only live 15 minutes from Leicester and we have some fantastic Indian restaurants to choose from and then ordering the Lamb madras was a stroke of genius, well done Gary another superb vlog. Cheers mate.
Great video as usual Gary. You're dead right using lamb to judge the quality, my goto is always Lamb Madras but with a mushroom pilau and a chapatti. Will definitely give this place a try.
An excellent review, I always thought an Indian buffet would be a cert and a change from the Chinese buffet. In fact an Indian buffet started up in Sunderland but only lasted a few months, there did seem to be problems in keeping the dishes supplied but it was a pity it stopped.
Great review with great content Gary top information as usual top restaurant as well keep them coming love your mixture of different food from different locations top man 😊
I used to live just round the corner from this place many years ago but never tried it. I often went for the Sunday buffet at Laguna about 50 yds up the road from there or to Montys in Ealing Broadway. But I still go past Haweli occasionally and you're tempting me to finally give it a go after all these years!!
@@GaryEats I was watching an Indian chef yesterday in fact, on an Indian food presentation here in Australia. And I'm a lover of lamb also but he said in India they call goat meat lamb. It's got me thinking about next time I order lamb from an Indian restaurant to double check ✔️ it is in fact lamb meat and not goat. But I wonder if this is a true thing now? Be interested in finding out. Cos if I order lamb I expect it to be lamb. Not goat. But concerning 😟
Loved this review , what a selection I love a curry couldn’t fault any of what you had there .Think there’s a sister takeaway in Kingston which I’ve ordered from excellent. Thanks Gary🤩👍🙏🏼🙏🏼
My 'secret agent' has been to Morden and confirms your review. He adds that it was very busy Saturday night and it might not be somewhere they like you to sit around since it's about turnover but he saw no pressure. Maybe other times when not so busy might be better for a social club like ours say. They've upped the price to £10.99 but still very good value. About 40% of dishes veggie.
Looks really good Gary, great review mate. The keema nan looked perfect as a majority are normally really cheaply made. The whole meal looked excellent and I love lamb myself also. The setting is superb and clean. May not be the greatest selection but like you say quality over quantity all day. Great idea using the crossing at the start of your review as its never good crossing a busy road when your train of thought is on your tummy 😂
Spot on review as ever and your background music we could have been in India, the main meal you ordered was just as I would have gone for so lovely to get a true review, will def try this fantastic restaurant. 👍👍
Great review Gary , i remember going to a sunday buffet in the early 90s.not much choice back then .plain rice ,plain nan ,,mild curry all for under a fiver , What you had today looked really good . Cant complain about the price can you ? Ealing only ever been there a few times . so it looks like its going to be Morden for me. Cheers
First thing I thought as well: spoons plates. I was wondering, maybe they have traded with the local spoons plates for curry sauce for chef mike :) I don't know where you look for suggestions, however, for once, you should have Saravanaa Bhavan, they have a few locations in London, you can get the southern meal (which in unlimited curry and rice) for less than a 10er, apart from Leicester square branch. I know you are a carnivore but for 1 off it's worth a try.
Evening Gary 👍that restaurant looked superb and the food looked gorgeous, I'm a lamb bhuna fan myself and a bit if a girl when it comes to madras🤣(bit too hot) amazing value especially as you can return to the hot plates again and again. I've never tried a keema naan but it really tasty. Glad you tried a menu dish as well as the buffet set up. A really great video Gary and touching 10k,good stuff, cheers🍻
So good 👌👌🙌☺️ I think trying a meal as well, gave the opportunity for a thorough and fair opinion. Plus, take home and next meal sorted ✅ Exactly what I would’ve done. Everything looked delicious.been years since I went to a buffet. You just can’t make this the same at home. Thank you for your videos- always enjoyable watching
Great Review as always Gary , it’s so good too see a beautiful restaurant so sparkling and clean , they are obviously rightly proud of their restaurant, my only criticism and it’s a small one , would be too get rid of that awful hot cupboard at the beginning of the buffet, it does not do it any Justice.
@@GaryEats yes thanks Gary you make me so friggin hungry eating those popadoms and Curry , and I’m stuck at home at the moment with a piece of mouldy cheese in the fridge and a half eaten apple 🍏 Mrs Petrus has got to get out shopping more often 😂

Gary, believe it or not, it's actually a Bangladeshi restaurant. Most Indian restaurants are Bangladeshi. Bangladesh was India before the British Empire Times. The menu also contains some Bangladeshi dishes. Enjoyed watching and now very hungry 😋 👌 😍
It's mental that you picked up ONE piece of paneer! I was screaming at my screen "why?! Saag paneer must be my favourite one there!" That happened as the guy in levi jeans went straight to it, behind you, and took a good portion. You then revealed youre not the biggest fan of paneer, so my cheese rage subsided. Great video mate.

Nice to see you in Ealing. There's quite a few decent restaurants in Ealing. Some nice Iranian restaurants just up the road to this one and in front. The camera man really outdone himself on filming this video excellent filming. 👌 Great content as always 👏 I'm going through your past videos really enjoyed watching.
Great video 😊 the range wouldn't bother me when the quality is there ... looked a loverly place to eat. I always used to go for keema nan ... but I'm back on chapattis 😋 boiled rice .... never 😂
Like you said not the biggest range, but maybe by doing that they can keep cooking fresh dishes and also cuts down on waste. Not a huge choice of starters either, and you said not very warm, maybe that cabinet wasn’t heated. Coriander divides everyone, a bit like Marmite, but it’s probably my favourite herb. I thought you may have tried a different rice to go with your madras as you’d already sampled the pilau. Great review as always, top marks to you and Mr Cameraman - hope he got a look in 😊
Yep, although I did like the quality of the meat. Love some Coriander and you're probably right but I've had a lot of suggestions to just keep having Pilau rice so I decided to stick with it. Thanks Karen!
Hi Gary and Mr Cameraman, great vlog as always but a hard one this. My biggest problem was i was trying not to compare it with the vlog you did back in September of the buffet in Morden at £9-99p, as that so impressed me with the range and price. Anyway back to Ealing, what an award winning place with a 5* health rating, it was clean and tidy and i always think when fresh flowers are present the management have gone that extra mile. One thing on this clip that stuck out with me was how fluffy that Pila rice was, quite amazing, i spend hours trying to get my rice like that. (By the way have plain rice if you prefer, i think we have all bullied you into Pila) As for the range you were offered its true it was not huge like Morden was, but it was quality, i must admit i would of liked to see a meat curry in there like Rogan Josh rather than a cheaper mince one. Spooky that you bought a Lamb one after the buffet. I must agree also on the Keema Naan they were good and clearly freshly made in a Tandoori oven. I think your score was most fare given the range and temperature of the food, and i would be tempted to try this place myself. Chris.
Hi Chris. Haha, I try to order food that I know my subscribers would want to see and I do like Pila rice anyway so have no problem with ordering it. The range and value at Morden is superb and will be incredibly difficult to beat in all honesty but I did feel as if the food was much fresher here. Did you know they've raised their price to £10.99? Cheeky lol. Thanks as always mate.
Yes im told its because they became famous after being on a chap called 'Gary Eats' vlog, some new guy on the block that is getting a lot of attention. Chris.
I really miss the Lime Pickle my local used to serve with poppadums. Not everyone's taste though. It all loooked good to me. When it comes to buffets, a smaller selection of quality dishes is far beter than more of a lesser quality. That they change them weekly show that they are keen on getting repeat customers to try something different. Enjoying your videos, you have a very civil and generous manner in your presentation. I just hope that you let your cameraman eat something too!
Only recently discovered your channel. Excellent reviews. I lived in West London in the 80's. Can't say I'd want to rush back there now.! Well done and don't eat too much !😂
Before I retired (2012), I would go to a $5 Indian lunch buffet near work. It was excellent. There's a $10 buffet near my vacation home that I need to try.
What a beautiful looking restaurant, seems like the place to wear a suit and tie! Great looking food, if they change the menu each Sunday, gets you in to see what's changed, great idea! Keema naan used to be me my favourite, but now I prefer a Peshwari! I might of got myself a well filled plate of those Samosas, they looked lush! The buffet was value for money in London definitely, less is more variety wise possibly? Congratulations by the way on not staining your jumper, as you had faced the plate with the splash of food towards you! My Mrs does it all the time, messy pup she is, lol! The crockery did look good too! Keep 'em coming Gary!!
The restaurant was lovely. Staff were pretty friendly too. I love a peshwari, balances the flavours. Lol, apparently I looked like Noddy yesterday according to the cameraman. Thanks Deadman!
Bit of jealousy here Gary. Never had an Indian buffet before as there are none available in the restaurants in my area. A quick question, are prawns or lamb ever available on a buffet menu? I ask because I usually only order lamb from our local Indian restaurant. The prices are a little more expensive than I pay here but I suppose you are paying London prices. As always, a very enjoyable episode.
The idea of an Indian buffets for Sunday lunch can be really appealing, especially when it looks as good as that one did. Nice restaurant and I liked the 5 hygiene rating as well as the simple decor. I thought the starters looked as if they might have suffered a bit from being kept warm, but that's the buffet effect I suppose. My only other criticism is that red colouring in the curry sauce. A turnoff for me, always. It's not needed. A lamb curry is probably always a good test for an Indian restaurant and it sounds as if that one well and truly passed the taste and tenderness test. I do prefer a paratha roti to naan bread generally, but that keema naan looked pretty good. And the prices were really reasonable. Nice!

Hi Gary, That buffet looked great value for money, some dishes i've never heard of, but still plenty of options if you want to play safe with the better known one's. Your comment on the plate, at 10.57, with the number of 'Spoons closing, have they bought a job lot? Also, what was the sign at 11.13? I'll assume it meant left-overs. Look forward to the next, all the best.
Restaurant look really nice. The buffet a bit limited i thought for my tastes - ok but nothing special except for the pilau rice which looked really tasty. The main meal looked very good and hotter & again the pilau rice went well. Never had a Keema nan but it looked quite good -i will have to try one. Price ok. Good review.

Thank you very much. A dessert review definitely coming up soon!
@@GaryEats Haha, no worries, wait until you find a place that has some desserts to die for. 😊
I am still astounded to witness how easy it still is for an indian to be in England and not feel out of place. You know the language and the people behind them. So many shared passions and stories. For good or bad, eternally intertwined, are India and England.
Love Indian culture :)
Great review Gary,
All of it looked MOUTHWATERING!!!!!
Manageable price lovely restaurant 😋 👌 😊 . Loved all of this.
Thank you very much Gary👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Glad you enjoyed it
@@GaryEats 🌹👍
Really looked decent plates of food, buffet looked ok but the lamb Madras looked really tasty. Another crackin' video, keep em coming. 👍👍👍
Thank you Andrew!
Gary, is there any chance of you visiting the Diwana Bhel Poori House in Drummond Street please? I used to often eat there in the 70's. It was delicious. Thanks, Gary, and the cameraman. I love your reviews
I will take a look at the recommendation, Rob thank you very much
Good comprehensive review Gary. I definitely think it was worth the price for that quality.
I’d probably give the edge to The Princess at Morden, but I’m biased as I’ve been there.
Great work Gary.
Thank you mate. In terms of value and options, definitely. However, I think the food here was fresher. Glad you liked both though mate!
@@GaryEats When you get to Leeds The Aagrah has a superb buffet, pricey but top quality.
Excellent. Cheers mate!
Please send them to me mate. I’ll go and review them asap! 😊 especially the one at a £1.
Ealing is in central London 🤔
@@GaryEats oriental Chef does a £4.99 lunchtime deal. Not bad at all. Marugame in Bond Street do Udon Bowls from £4.99. For those who love Oysters wrights brothers do £1 Oysters 3-6 Monday to Friday and Sunday 9AM-11.45. This is at Battersea power station. Barrio: £2 tacos with all different fillings an excellent price, these are at soho, or Shoreditch or angel. Vooodoo rays do fantastic pizza slices, for only £3 on Mondays in Dalston. If you’re really skint Ollie’s house in Chelsea do 50p gyozas on Mondays. Only catch you must buy £2.50 worth. These can be steamed or fried, it’s your choice. Market hall in Oxford street do £5 deals on Monday, but it’s street food on loads of stores, and you may need to look for the £5 deals. Hope you like the list Gary.
@@GaryEats I'll bully you with buffets Gary! 🤣
Thank you very much Philip. I didn't go for the IPA this time as I had to drive... looking forward to Leeds!
GARY I LOVE YOUR VIDS AND PRESENTING STYLE, REALLY RELAXED AND PROFESSIONAL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE INDIAN FOOD LOOKED AMAZING. ASIAN PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY AND HAVE GREAT FOOD!!

Looks super tasty! Thanks for sharing
Thank you too!
as always… LETS GIVE IT A GO love the intros this gentleman does food reviews in quality keep it going 👍
Thank you very much my friend 😊
Another great video Gary. I think I’m going to binge watch your channel. I need to learn how to make a curry. I can cook most other things!
Thanks Tony. Do enjoy mate but take small breaks, no one needs to see my face for that long!
Thank you Gary & Son, looks delicious!! 👍👍
Spot on. The quality of the food was higher than previous buffets that I've chosen.
Another great review - loved that you did both the buffet and standard menu, all looked great and of same standard.
Glad you enjoyed it Carol and thanks for your kind words.
crazy how this channel has grown in a few months, well done bro
Appreciate it! Thank you :)
Gary,
Award winning curry house ✅
All you can eat £16.95 ✅
Excellent review & looked an extremely superb place to eat!
Cheers 🍻
Thanks for watching Tel. Yes, I think it's also hard to keep everything fresh when you have too many choices.
Thank you very much Harold. Means a lot! See you again tomorrow.
Great video as usual Gary. You're dead right using lamb to judge the quality, my goto is always Lamb Madras but with a mushroom pilau and a chapatti. Will definitely give this place a try.
It’s very good Clive and tomorrow is the best lamb I’ve had but still not perfect 😳
Food looked really delicious not a bad price neither I would definitely eat in there thanks for the review gary
Thanks for watching Julie. Very kind as always!
An excellent review, I always thought an Indian buffet would be a cert and a change from the Chinese buffet. In fact an Indian buffet started up in Sunderland but only lasted a few months, there did seem to be problems in keeping the dishes supplied but it was a pity it stopped.
Much appreciated. Thanks :)
Great review with great content Gary top information as usual top restaurant as well keep them coming love your mixture of different food from different locations top man 😊
Thank you Dean. I do try to go as far out as I can with the time that I have. Thanks for watching!
Great review once again! That madras looked amazing and I’m a veggie!! Cheers and thanks Gary!
Excellent review Gary it looked very nice and well laid out!
Really kind of you Nick - thank you mate. Agreed!
I used to live just round the corner from this place many years ago but never tried it. I often went for the Sunday buffet at Laguna about 50 yds up the road from there or to Montys in Ealing Broadway. But I still go past Haweli occasionally and you're tempting me to finally give it a go after all these years!!
Please do give it a go mate. Worth it in my opinion.
Love a good indian dinner. This place looks very nice too. It looks like it's all very fresh. And again great value for money. 🍽️👌
Me too. Completely agree. Thanks for watching!
I wouldn't know my friend but it's always good to double check with the staff. Hello to Australia by the way!
Loved this review , what a selection I love a curry couldn’t fault any of what you had there .Think there’s a sister takeaway in Kingston which I’ve ordered from excellent. Thanks Gary🤩👍🙏🏼🙏🏼

Gaz, another great review, the buffet although not massive looked really delicious and totally worth the price xx Nicole
For the money, I thought this was excellent value Nicole xx
My 'secret agent' has been to Morden and confirms your review. He adds that it was very busy Saturday night and it might not be somewhere they like you to sit around since it's about turnover but he saw no pressure. Maybe other times when not so busy might be better for a social club like ours say. They've upped the price to £10.99 but still very good value. About 40% of dishes veggie.
Fantastic news Mike. Glad your secret agent liked it, I think he needs to invite you next time so you can enjoy it as well.
My agent lives nearby why he got the job.@@GaryEats
Haha.
Thank you. Much prefer quality over quantity. Really glad you enjoyed it!
PS. I was so blinded for the food that I nearly got run over!
That looked a very good restaurant Gary. I dont get to west london very often but its on my list should that change. Great review.

Thank you Graham. Kind of you mate.
Yay, madras. Love it and keema naan, my favourite. Great vid. Thankyou ❤😋

Cheers
Ah those were the good old days with the price. Enjoy the one in Morden mate!
First thing I thought as well: spoons plates. I was wondering, maybe they have traded with the local spoons plates for curry sauce for chef mike :)
I don't know where you look for suggestions, however, for once, you should have Saravanaa Bhavan, they have a few locations in London, you can get the southern meal (which in unlimited curry and rice) for less than a 10er, apart from Leicester square branch.
I know you are a carnivore but for 1 off it's worth a try.
Wow, that's incredible value. Thank you mate and I will give it a try for sure.
Evening Martin. Don't we all love a lamb bhuna? No problem mate, you enjoy what you enjoy and that's all that matters. Very kind of you mate. 👍

Hello my friend. Hope you're well. That's fair enough - it doesn't look particularly appetising. Thanks for watching!

Great video 😊 the range wouldn't bother me when the quality is there ... looked a loverly place to eat. I always used to go for keema nan ... but I'm back on chapattis 😋 boiled rice .... never 😂
Thank you Steven. I'm on the Pila rice now after many suggestions haha. Thanks for watching!
Been enjoying your videos Gary 👌
Thanks mate, all the best
(By the way have plain rice if you prefer, i think we have all bullied you into Pila)
As for the range you were offered its true it was not huge like Morden was, but it was quality, i must admit i would of liked to see a meat curry in there like Rogan Josh rather than a cheaper mince one.
Chris.
Lol too kind Chris. Too much attention for my liking haha. Have a good one. Have you got any recommendations for closer to your way?
I really miss the Lime Pickle my local used to serve with poppadums. Not everyone's taste though.
It all loooked good to me. When it comes to buffets, a smaller selection of quality dishes is far beter than more of a lesser quality. That they change them weekly show that they are keen on getting repeat customers to try something different.
Enjoying your videos, you have a very civil and generous manner in your presentation. I just hope that you let your cameraman eat something too!
Really kind of you Conor - thanks for watching plenty of my videos. Hope you’re not bored of my face yet. He eats from time to time!
The rice looks spot on, and that's what I look for as a a sign of competence. Great video, but I want a curry now!

Before I retired (2012), I would go to a $5 Indian lunch buffet near work. It was excellent. There's a $10 buffet near my vacation home that I need to try.
£11.99 in Morden
Another great upload from Gary
Thank you! Cheers Ray!
Everything you had looked lovely. More power to you. 👍
Thank you Philip! 😊
They were available at the Princess of India in Morden but usually lamb dishes aren't on Indian buffets. Thanks :)
Amazing video as always Gary!
Glad you enjoyed it
The idea of an Indian buffets for Sunday lunch can be really appealing, especially when it looks as good as that one did. Nice!
Yep. I don't like too much colouring either - thanks for your comments!

I'm not sure David but I've never seen another establishment use Wetherspoons plates. Yes it did, thanks mate.
Yes. The reason it got an 8 was simply due to the lack of options, Thank you mate.
