    I make sourdough English muffins. I didn't realize how easy they were to make, taste way better than the premade ones. Can you show us your collection of cast iron? I'm nosey like that :)

      definitely much better than store bought -i don't think i can post pictures in the reply, so I was going to say watch all my videos to see all my cast iron but realized there are quite a few pans that have not had the spotlight (like the 6 #3's I have) :-)

    Do you use a cooking spray on the pan before you start cooking?

      sorry just saw your comment - no cooking spray just preheat the skillet a little

    What do we need to do differently with regular yeast instead of rapid rise?

    • @lindahiortdahl6679
      @lindahiortdahl6679  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Regular generally needs to be activated by itself (with a little warm water and sugar) then gets mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. The rapid rise can just be mixed in without activating it first.

    Electric skillet was ideal for baking.

      Not as many as the ones you buy in the store - but the ones you buy taste like cardboard and these do not :-)
