But i think thats also a stretch. Youd have to make over a million a year since car payments will not be your only monthly expense. A simple rule my father told me was if your three month salary can pay off the car entirely you can afford it. With 33k a month thats impossible.

I carry the same opinion for every generation of Corvette except the C8 (because that’s made the jump into supercar territory). If you just so happened to make a really fast car that was based upon a sports car, than it still qualifies as a sports car. A Porsche 911 is a sports car, so all 911s are sports cars as well, even the 911 GT3 RS, simply because it’s based upon a sports car. That’s my personal definition, at least. A true supercar for me has to be built to be a supercar from the ground up rather than taking a sports car and just making a fast version of it
