Easily anyone can enter inside the house through from the open terrace..it could be better if the metal staircase construct in the backside of the house, i mean in laundry area..otherwise it's awesome... If i have 90 lakhs, surely i will buy this house. Great and hearty wishes to the Architect, truly i fell in love with that house..at least one day Want to be there..😍

Love the plan, but just one problem is that, the upper story has only one attached bathroom. So, the other bedroom users have to climb down the stairs for using the washroom at day and night

The house is very nice but that mango tree in the centre of house should be kept outside and replaced with other small plants becs that roots of that mango tree in future may harm the house🙂

Loved the courtyard.. and the dining table..The sitting area cld have been much better with some gud sofa.. instead of the wooden benches.. it gives the look of a Dispensary where patients wait ..Too much wood work too..
A lot of effort though ! Much of wood work to the ceiling in several places cld hv been avoided. Especially the partition between dining & kitchen .That has cut the Visual space & posed a clutter whether filled with items or not ... Anyway ... Courtyard has bern the best with pillars & verandas 👍🏽👍🏽 The *skyligh*is the best which has enlarged the space
