Everything looks good.. bathtub in master bedroom might have been an added advantage which is missing.
I am a regular viewer of your channel....but I have to tell you.. I loveeee this house...my dream house is to be very spacious with minimal designs and I love this house...but I'll may be build extra bedrooms or gym rooms in the 1st floor instead if the big hall....

unbelievable designs, the air vent, jue box like shelves, lightings, fish fin like wall designs, brick walling Ceramic and Marble Flooring, wood type floral print, backyard. Jo have a good garden and the height of ceiling is good, superb balcony and also sit Out, glass has protective knobs for child support, inbuilt lights in the wardrobes fo that evenin nights can take the dress without any hindrance to any . Superb designers developers, overall unique colour and planning

வீடு சூப்பர்...! ஆனால் கொஞ்சம் பிரைவசி இல்லாதது போல்., ஃபீல் ஆகிறது. எல்லா இடங்களிலும் கண்ணாடி... பார்ப்பதற்கு ஏனோ நன்றாக இருக்கும். ஒரு தனி நபரின் பிரைவசி கேள்விக்குறியாகும் போது.. இவ்ளோ செலவு செய்து இந்த வீடு தேவைதானா என நிந்திக்க தோணும். குறிப்பாக டாய்லெட்டில் மேலே ரூஃபில் வெளிச்சத்துக்காக கண்ணாடி வச்ச ஐடியா வெரி போர்.

Some of the ideas are great but this could have been designed much better. The study area in the hall? Why? There is so much space in the hall but the dining table is pushed to some corner. I only loved the exteriors a lot. But the Interior was below average (considering a professional architect built this with 1.6cr)
Yeah ..study area could be Pooja room, and Pooja space could be workplace..

Everything is awesome but I felt few flaws.. I really doubt why is the skylight in a bathroom 🙄🤔🤔 felt so much space was unused too much of skylights for sunlight... and about the idea of island dressing do that really use🧐🧐 I appreciate the idea of making the balcony curve as not to disturb the tree 👌👌👌👏👏👏 too many toughened glass even in balcony for sunlight 🤔🙄😥😥 wardrobe idea's are awesome 😎👌 I wish the entrance main door a bit more wide... Specially I like the window side seat in bedrooms😘😘 and I like the new idea of building 🤝

Architectural piece of work
6400*2500(2500rs/sqft - construction charge)=1.6 crores. It is way cheaper considering the interiors and excellent design and plan.
TamilNadu la especially nowadays not possible to build this house at this price as all the raw materials prices increased 30 - 40%.
It is possible because they have not used normal bricks. Interlock bricks, cement bricks cost very very less than normal bricks
@@krishnaprasath.r2377 : They used interlock bricks only for elevation. They have used wire cut bricks as well and also sized stone which is costlier and labour as well.
@@krishnaprasath.r2377 : Just few months back ordinary engineers were charging around 2000 - 2300/sqft for construction in Madurai. After recent lockdown, it has increased to 2200 - 2500 - without any interiors and other plans. At Bangalore, materials cost cheaper than Tamilnadu and it must have constructed before covid.
@@THERANJITH Unless otherwise demand falls down, the price in Tamil Nadu will keep on rising. Nothing deter the people to slow down the construction, either sand price, cement or steel price.
