  • Have a chair for this practice; a folding chair is fine, a chair with a high back less so, but you can make adjustments, if needed. This is mostly a session seated in the chair. The first two practices are standing practices next to the chair; if you are unable to stand, skip those; the rest, until the end, are seated, gentle Chair Yoga practices.
