Just beautiful!!! Loved them as I was younger, listening to them, driving around in my Chevelle, with my girlfriend's having the time of our live's... Their music is so uplifting, I love them!!!! ❤❤❤❤.....

Not the real Beach Boys. No Brian, Al, Dennis or Carl. Most of the songs in that box set were written by Brian, the heart of The Beach Boys.
Mike is still the main voice of the Beach Boys. It's not like the other guys are still around or can sing. He has a right to go play the songs as the Beach Boys and they are iconic songs that he was a part of.
Just like it’s not Journey, Just like it’s not Styx , blah blah blah. We are lucky that they are even still deciding to perform and carry on the music. So need flash genius……it is the Beachboys as long as the powers at be have permission to use that name!

@@Trist805 uhhh what?? Brian Wilson actively tours and often takes Al Jardine out with him on the road as well. Al also tours on his own. Both of them, especially Al, are in great vocal shape for their ages. The "Beach Boys" could reunite with Brian and Al but egos get in the way.

Horribly depressing. Then again, Mike Love deserves all the bad press he gets, and I say that having once danced with them at an early concert. I would rather listen to an early LP.

This is great. John Stamos can keep the Beach Boys music alive even after Mike Love, Bruce Johnston and Al Jardine are gone. There's still Al's son Matt Jardine who sings like Carl Wilson and a couple of others who've been touring with Mike Love. Don't know of a voice who can replace Mike, though. They can call themselves The Beach Bums.

Not the Beach Boys with only one original member. Obviously Mike Love's vocals are being heavily embellished here. I saw the real Beach Boys, all the original members many years ago and it was one of the best concerts I ever went to. This is just sad.

Hey. I took a lot of grief for being a dedicated Beach Boys fan. For decades, now, the lousy in-righting, and Mike Love crap have made it hard to let the spirit go with the original music.

It's tragic that Mike Love is still milking the Beach Boys image for all he deems it to be worth. I'm a Beach Boys fan, but they're more than just cutesy surfing, car, girl, and Christmas songs, and I wish Mike would have the decency to just retire.
