    The 80/20 rule works for this video as well.
    The first thirteen and a half minutes of this video is fluff.
    One can jump to 13:35 to get to the general vicinity of the point.

    Love how simple you’ve made this. Is 8-10 lbs weight a month a realistic goal for women who have gone through menopause following this formula?

      Ive had ten stuck ever since menopause ive never been able to do it in a month🙄 i would LOVE to

      It is absolutely realistic, but don't put too much pressure on yourself. If you have the weight to lose and follow the formula, then it will come off.

    Ok this is an excellent formula I will try it! Can u help with the nutritional part of this? This is the biggie for me.I can push through the exercise but the nutritional part of wat to eat is the hard part for me. I’m so grateful for your podcasts! Thank you! :)

      If you cannot yet complete 10K steps per day start at a lower count and slowly work your way up ⭐️

      ​@@stephencabral I appreciate the encouragement, but no worries there. I live in a semi-urban area in close proximity to amenities. Walking is my preferred means of transportation to the park, shops and theater. It's a rare day that I don't walk over 10K steps.
