Luke Bell | "Glory & The Grace" | Western AF

- I shot this almost ten years. Western AF wasn't even a thing yet. Luke Bell, Wyoming's Troubadour had just returned back to the Cowboy State to write some new tunes, do a little ranching, and let his mind ease. Luke had asked me to help him create a kickstarter video to raise funds for his second album. We spent a bunch of days for a few weeks trying to get things in order. We mostly just drove around Park County, pulling back beers, working on our yodeling voices, and enjoying the Wyoming mountains. It was a good time in our lives. We were both young creatives coming into our own, and hoping that our efforts will take us somewhere. Luke's creativity, charm, and confidence was taking his places. He would eventually in the coming years get himself the record deal of a lifetime. Stardom would come soon enough.
It’s emotional to look back at this footage. I hope y’all enjoy this.

Every time I watch one of his videos or hear his songs.... Just so sad. R.I.P. to a natural talent. You are missed. And yeah, Luke, that WAS a great take. As were you.
It's time to get fucking pissed at this fentanyl epidemic. It's literally 200 deaths a day. Please do whatever you can to get involved in your local politics to make some changes. This is getting out of hand. RIP Luke.
I was gonna say the same. Funny how we all miss Luke Bell the more we listen to him. This being Holy Week, the good Lord knows the pain in our hearts. It's why He died for us.
the opposite for me. we're so lucky we got these songs while he was still alive. such a legend.
@@stan4now lol
This entire album is absolute gold, best country album in current times.
Found his song Where Ya Been randomly not that long ago. Checked out his album, loved most of it. Then checked the rest of his page and was curious why there were no other albums. Only to find out he passed away. Saddest thing I had encountered in a while. I would've loved anything this guy continued to do. I also struggle with mental health issues, so maybe I can find peace so nobody goes around missing me for too long.
RiP Luke Bell. I love your music.
Hearing new Luke Bell material made my day and broke my heart at the same time! RIP
Not new
I come back to this video at least once a week. Studio version does this song no good. Thank you for recording such talent. Rest Easy Luke.
Luke Bell lives in my own “personal Music Hall of Fame,” we love him ❤️
I like that. Totally agree.
❤❤❤
R.I.P. brother. I recall that summer as full of fond memories, Luke had such a wholesome laugh and smile, I'll forever miss climbing and playing music with him.
This Montana horsemen will miss this beautiful soul. RIP
Oh man I wish he wasn't gone, there was so much more music to be heard.
So grateful to Western AF for this music. But still mourning a truly great artist.🙏
I just found Luke Bell’s music and he has become one of me absolute favorites. His art really resonates with me. Hard to imagine that he will not make more music.
Rest in Peace.
For some reason, Luke’s death hurts me more than most. Pure, honest, and intentional country music. Reminds me of my buddy daulton that took his own life, right up to the appearance. Hope the pastures are green on the other side.
I'll never forget the first time I heard this young feller sing. Gone too soon but the music lives on.
Man I miss Luke ❤
Dude had a gift. May his music grace many more lives.
RIP big fella. Gone too soon. We'll miss you.
Such a talent. We lost a fantastic artist, but heaven gained a mighty fine singer.
Great talent gone way too soon. Rest easy, Luke.
Love y'all. Thank you for sharing this with us. Rest easy Luke
I love this song
Rest easy, Luke, rest easy.
Of all the great Luke Bell videos, this is the best. No ifs ands or buts about it.
What a talent this man was. Such a loss to the country music community.
gone too soon, but legends never die. rest easy, Luke Bell.
God damnit this hits in another level. He went away too young, dewd
I was lucky enough to see him open for Dwight Yoakam twice and meet him once. He was such a kind and gracious man carrying on the real country legacy. It's easy to see what Dwight saw in him to take him on tour 2 or 3 years in a row. RIP Luke, thank you for the amazing music and good times when I saw and met ya; you were one of the last genuine guys playing Americana and old school country out there
RIP Luke. Such were the days drinkin beer and playin cards on sister street.
Every time I hear one of his songs just hits different. Rip
Damn. What a guy.
"It's a damn shame the way things go
It's too bad we have to lose the good folks." This line relates to a few artists who have gone too soon
A hell of an album, Luke Bell will never be forgotten
Thank you anywhere you are now, fella
Only the good die young…
@jcorkable for sure, the man still a legend, all of the songs of debut album was great
RIP ❤
sad we lost him so early, he could've go and become a legend, we got a glimpse of that on the small time he was with us.
A true legend. His songs make you feel a certain kind of something. Thanks for sharing.

RIP to a fine talent.
His song Jealous Guy popped up randomly on Spotify the other day and after listening to it a few times, I went to find more of his music and hear about him. I read the bio on his Spotify page and that was a rollercoaster of emotions where the rollercoaster crashes at the end. I was so sad to hear it. I'm searching out other music of his and here I find some. Thank you for posting this! I'm glad he got the music out that he did, and I'm glad he got some of the recognition he deserved before the end. Thanks for the music, Luke! 💔💔
Oh man, why'd you do this to me. Miss him so much. This is absolutely amazing, but makes me so sad. RIP

Wonderful video. Luke was so freaking amazing
What a gem! ❤💎
This guy is Fucking great!
Ooooo that was good!!
Rippin'
That’s the thing about Luke. There wasn’t “A thing” yet. Others may have considered him a thing, but he didn’t.
Man he is younger here than I am watching it. What a weird feeing
I know what you mean. I have that feeling in reverse sometimes since I'm now older than my older sister ever was. But I will always view her as my elder. It's a strange sort of thing to feel.
What a beautiful songwriter he was. His music will live on for a long, long time!

Underneath my feet

Ain’t no fluke, this is real talent. Pretending to be a pretender…
Rest in peace
Where can I buy this hat
He was pretty young when he this was recorded wasn’t he?
Anyone know what key harmonica Luke is using here? I tried C but can't get it, so I'm thinking it's a G harmonica.
like watching a ghost.
Nothing like finding a great musician you'd never heard of, only to discover he's dead...
