The some of our favorites were all in Laramie, Wyoming at the same time, and decided to give 2022 one last encore.
This year brought us all closer together. Gathering at festivals, venues, or around a picnic table to sing along with strangers is finally feeling normal again. Damn did we miss it. 2022 was a big one for us. We are determined to bring you even more from the musicians you love (and a bunch you will love soon) in 2023. Are heads are above water, our hearts are full, and our love for great music has never been stronger.
We are thankful to be doing this with y’all.

So my father is Steve Earle, my brother was Justin Townes Earle. I’ve heard countless versions of this song over the years including guitar pulls with Guy, Townes and dad playing it together. This version ranks way, way up there.
I miss Justin...sorry he lost his battle, he had a lot more to say.

Love this so much. Played this song with my 4 year old son in the car. No, he doesn’t understand all the lyrics. But he did say, “Dada, I love you” toward the end. He felt something. That’s what’s so good about these guys. True artists.

Amazing tribute
I got to see Townes play many years ago 1994 in a little town in the UK called Hull at a tiny venue called the New Adelphi . There was maybe 80 folks there and he was sat in front of me laying it out .

My grandfather loved Wyoming and had been there several times throughout his life to hunt varmints (Prairie dogs, badgers, and coyote). He took me a couple times and I can still smell the sagebrush! One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. I can proudly say I have some of my most powerful memories of my life, on a ranch on the Prairie of Wyoming near Medicine Bow about an hour from Laramie. My Grandfather was Wyoming as fu**! A great hunter and even better man.
I can't stop listening to this. It feels like the first time I found Lost Dog & Ben's music. Everything about this is incredible. Thank you for keeping Townes' memory alive

The amount of effort it takes to be where these gentlemen are is rarely spoken about. Oh how many late nights and hangovers does it take to tell a story. They are in a lane trashville will never put money behind for us that's good because the music is real. For them however it's a grind but what else to do cause Babylon has nothing to offer that's for sure.
