    Awesome! I am now feeling comfortable with turning my hips over. Here's a question: How do I get to reach the head with this kick at a moderate rate of flexibility? What I am finding is that I can reach head height by pivoting my standing foot anywhere between 70 to 90 degrees. I would like to be able to reach head height by pivoting the complete 180. I am learning WTF style Taekwondo. Thank you for your help!

      Biggest thing is going to be maintaining your flexibility work. In order to pivot out wider that’s going to be the main thing.
