newtonmichael** Rick Savage contracted Bell's Palsy around 1994. This causes his facial muscles to weaken and become partially paralyzed. He has recovered, but effects of the disease are still visible, especially when he's fatigued.
Ive heard of cerebral palsy but not bells palsy l wonder if he struggles when he speaks or sings Don't worry though l was born with problems from head to toe l have Spina bifida and my legs and feet are paralyzed from just below the ankle but its what's inside that counts if most people were judged by the outside than l would lose out on that big time

Joe and I think a lot alike lol I agree that musicians don't need to be ripping crazy guitar solos and don't need to be the best as long as the music coming out sounds good...and I was actually a little surprised when Rick said Muse was an influence because I remember hearing a Muse song a while back (I forget which...I wanna say it was the chorus of Assassin...but this was at least 3 years ago) and thinking it sounded a tiny bit like Def Leppard...like it reminded me of them a bit
Nice interview. I remember calling them a metal band when I was a kid, but I definitely wouldn't today even with the first three albums. But, I'm thinking Joe is criticizing James Hetfield for doing all that screaming when Joe did a lot of screaming, too. But, still, Joe Elliot is one of the greatest rock singers ever, in my opinion.
I love when Joe and Sav do interviews together.They make a dynamic together.And they are still and allways smok'n hot.But mostly my main man is Joe Elliot.And it sounds like me and Joe and Sav have alot in common.And I could imagine me and Joe Elliot be a couple.Even When I'm 18 years younger then he is.But both Joe and Sav look 18-20 years younger.That me and Joe can be a rock'n couple when it happens.(I would to make it happen.And also me and Joe can also be friends also.

I liked thier first album and "High N Dry'" is a classic.Then they turned the keys over to mutt lange who seriously overhauled their sound.Fake sounding drums and awful multi layered background vocals.They always make excuses why they cant do a heavy album anymore while continually writing crap that only 14 year old girls can sing along to.

Thinker Mikhailov Uh...the only thing on High n Dry even remotely poppy was Bringing on the Heartbreak. Mirror Mirror, and Me and My Wine were hard as hell. Don't Shoot Shotgun is awesome, by the way. Pour Sugar is great, but overplayed.
