As someone with stomach issues my whole life. Laying on your left side, kinda forward on your stomach more than your side. Can help give you some relief. Can help with some of the pain as well as lower your blood pressure which might help calm you down some and relax your nerves. Also running your hand from under your lowest left rib, down about your bellybutton, then start back at the top, Kinda like you are lightly petting your stomach, with a little bit of pressure, can help move things around a bit and get gas or anything unstuck. Always have a soft spot for anyone in stomach pain. Hope it helps!

Sounds like food poisoning. Basically if you vomit for a few hours then at one point (when you're already exhausted) the other end goes... Once the other end is finished going it's finally over. It feels like you've been on a really bad acid trip.

That's what only eating vegetables does for you - that, 'n' the drink, will do you in for sure. Funny how bevied-up veggies, even in the midst of dying from their veganism, still believe in the diet that is killing them. Remember 'you ARE what you eat! Eat only vegetables and you become a vegetable vegetating until you finally fall off your mortal coil - just like Ricky here. My veggie best friend just died of vegetarianism. These veggies are so virtued-up it's killing them but they are too dim to see it! So sad!
