    Homemade pasta, how to make it and why it's the best made at home. In this episode, I made Fettuccine pasta, Tagliatelle pasta, Farfalle pasta, Ravioli filled with Cream Cheese, and Cavatelli, something I didn't even believe myself.
    I will explain in detail which is the perfect flour for pasta and how to make pasta with eggs and without eggs.
    Did you know that a certain type of flour is bleached with chlorine? No! Neither did I. So watch this video to find out which flour requires chlorine in the processing process, but also which is the best flour for baking or, why not, pasta!
