Possway T3 Electric Skateboard Review: It changed my mind on E-Skates!

- I will be honest that electric skateboards didn't interest me much in the past. I am the kind of guy who hikes up ski hills to ride my pow surfer. A guy who paddles through pounding waves to get a shot at surfing one. The physical struggle makes you stronger and makes the payoff more rewarding! So a skateboard that is motor-assisted? Would this be me softening up? Taking shortcuts? Well after turning down a few previous offers, a representative from Possway insisted I try their board, practically guaranteeing me that I would love it. And... I have to admit, they were absolutely right.
After the first minute of riding I had the same goofy smile on my face that I have when I see peeling waves when approaching the beach to surf or after my first time trying a surfskate. I will walk you through the features of the Possway T3 and the experience as an E-Skate newbie in navigating this new technology. If you haven't tried it before, or if you had the same attitude as I did, I am going to say that it is worth trying. These run at $479 so they aren't that much more than a high-end surfskate. With the link below you can save an extra $15 off that.
Let me know in the comments if you have any questions about my experience using this board!

Haha, you were having so much fun I ended up buying a Verreal RS (belt drive, more torque) & after a very sketchy start I've found my confidence & it's brilliant! And it has brakes!! If it wasn't for this video, Mark, I probably wouldn't have plucked up the courage to try it, thankyou!! :)
I hear you! I am still cautious but more confident with each use.
Haha, great fun & so cheap! Most of the ones I've seen here in Australia have been $1K plus! I've been inspired to try different locations after watching your content (yesterday a half finished pathway & foray into an urban drain, a bit rough but doable even for my ancient, 67 yo bones!) Fantastic content, a joy to watch! ::)
Yes! So happy to hear you pushing the boundaries! Remember to stay loose for those stray rocks and ruts!
I've been thinking about an electric skateboard so it was great to see your review. It would be awesome if you get a different brand for your second electric board so you can do another review. Keep up the awesome work!
Well my wife wants one too now so it might not be far off
Im buying it. No doubt
Looks fun. Stay vigilant at higher speed 🤞✌️
Yeah, it is exhilarating to go fast and the wheels are pretty good at managing small pebbles and bumps, but I am just waiting for the day when things go wrong.
can we appreciate the cameraman
Are these reliable?
It has served me great between September and November. The Canadian Winter hit early so I haven't been able to use it since, but looking forward to more long term testing once the snow is gone.
@@MarktheLandlockedSurfer if these last years then I’ll get one to get to work so I don’t have to buy a car anymore and be debt free lol
@@albertopuerto9483 this is a hub board u cant really swap out the wheel. n the battery is quite low at 280wh. u wanna get verreal rs it got a whopping 730wh! thats 3x the battery. and ita belt drive board, meaning u can swap to any wheels you wanted. wheels r very important it absorb vibration n grip the road. a shtty wheel when hit a rock at high speed, ll literally send u flying! cauz wheel is hard as a rock n dont bend around the rock. its dangerous as hell. a good wheel ll allow u to cushion vibration n dat shtty rock. allow u to ride faster n safer. verreal mad 105mm wheel is some of the best wheel u can get
I bought mine over 7 months ago and this board is a headache. Ive already had 2 replacement batteries for a total of 3. The most recent battery they sent is missing a wire so the esc can't read the battery level when its charging or at all. Ridden about ~290 miles and the wheels wear out really fast. Top speed slowly deteriorates after riding only on pro since I got it. The remote holds an inaccurate board battery reading level. But atleast customer service is very helpful.
Battery has defect and they don't get back with you plus I bought battery 5 weeks ago still hasn't ship they have not contacted me on this issue and remote sell for half the price on amazon and battery replacement half price on another web site nope not very business savvy and every thing ships from Hong Kong if you need replacement parts Good luck getting battery on slow boat
Throw a waterborne adapter on that thing and re-review!!
Definitely something I will be looking into! Though riding a waterborne close to 40km/h sounds a bit terrifying even for me
@@MarktheLandlockedSurfer I have one setup on my Backfire Zealot and I can guarantee you can go 40+ with absolutely no speed wobble. You can even carve at that speed no problemo. Cheers, thanks for all you do for the surfskate community man!
