600mms, 35KA, 50SCV, min layer time 1.0S, min speed 40mms, Sunlu ABS, 270C, 2 wall, 10% infill, 50% original size.
Looks really good in person, great layer adhesion, some Z band at 2 points, probably some plastic bit fell into my reduction drive at the bottom :(

Why backer not connected to perimeter rails anymore?

I have never had them attached to the X carriages and only a short while on Y did I have full length. I had made another tests with a shorter Y rail and full length backer. The tests were the same. So the less weight was offset by the lack of rigidity. Eventually, I went back to the shorter backer as it causes some issues with ??? So I removed it again and put back the shorter one.
