Never needed one: Just bought it last night it is a craftsman CMMT14104 like yours, a paper and plastic container that says "Full Lifetime" Warranty, made in Tawain. a Stanly, Black & decker product. as per website, full lifetime warranty, so I guess they changed it, as well the pricing i paid $20.00. on Amazon and in local hardware stores. this will get my Rotor phillips out wit ha bang, but reading the reviews of the cheaper, I chose to go Craftsman, thank you for the talk and review, great job demonstrating the purpose
Thanks guy for such a very very distinct and clear explanation I bought it several months ago for one screw problem and now needed to use it again and this 75 yr old forgot what l and right stood for-- lefty loosey and righty tighty !! Thanks again
I have one I bought back in the 70's I still use. You work on motorcycles these are a must have. I was looking to get a newer one. One thing I noticed here. When you changed directions, it has a very weak spring. Hitting it harder wont put any more torque onto the screw, it will just bottom out and break something inside the tool. I have taken mine apart to grease it. It has a really thick, heavy duty spring, really hard to change direction, and to hit harder to put more torque on the screw head. Thanks for the review. I decided to pass on this.
@@justinjones3499 that’s nothing. The snap on set I have was over $300. Bought this as my travel calls one. Works just as good as the snap on. Just the bits aren’t as strong and do break
This is an awesome tool that fixed a screw problem in 2 hits. I worked on a stuck screw all Saturday afternoon. BUY THIS Product!

Probably a good idea to use an impact socket if you’re using the 3/8 drive feature.
Thx for explaining in detail and clearly!
Thanks. This was really helpful for me.
