I had the injury and bone protrusion in the shoulder for no reason a week ago... All I did was walk and do a few push-ups and pull-ups, i.e. I get stuck in the air... Note that I have a herniated disc in the lower back..... What is the treatment and when do I start Exercise and can I recover
like why is human anatomy so hard! I had a grade 5 separation of AC joint where all my Ligaments were torn! I had a successful surgery and now I don’t understand what will happen to me further!
