Issue- I just purchased the top model(Ather 450x with pro 3.7kwh) on 22nd September 2023 and now when I accelerate in any mode some kind of noise is coming like chi chi chi... and I spoke with service technician at service center, he checked the scooter and advised me to wash the scooter but nothing happened. They don't seem much skilled.
Its normal. You can ask them to set tension and lubricate it, but it will come back. Nothing to worry. Also wash you belt regularly, especially in monsoon, to prolong its life.
