Thank you for sharing this informative video! We've had a positive experience with 3CX, but recently, we decided to transition to Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX. We've found Thirdlane to be an excellent choice, especially for MSPs, due to its robust features and customizable options that cater well to our business needs.
I worked with 3CX Systems but I prefer to recommend my clients a Mitel CS with ESTOS for dialing on PC. The Hardware and Software is more expensive but packs lots of features and allows for use old school style for people who have problems using PC and for PC hacks. But it all depends on Size of the clients Business. You need to have a certain number for it to be more profitable for the client! But I still show them both Systems so they can choose.

I'm trying to link Mitel phones (6940s) to be specific with 3cx , I love the videos you made about this platform , ever since I've been using it .. we love your work .. found little about this in the forums etc ... which you could do a video about linking phones not listed on compatible 3cx list ...there are a lot of people out there looking for a solution ...

Innovations like 3CX are super simple but super useful especially in countries like mine. Zimbabwe has terrible customer support ACROSS THE BOARD. considering I work for a small software contractor im definitely checking this out. @clintroy_mkt
In my line of work that is IT Support, I work with clients who are spread out and using 3CX our team would be able to manage communications with them. @_keithmwafa

It’s a cool thing to use
We have been using 3cx for around about 5 years. It works fine. But the adoption of it has been sketchy. The app for Windows is insanely hard to find.
