Great comparisson, and amazing information. I'm currently testing the Dialpad system, I was also considering the
ring Central system, but now after watching your video, I'm definitely testing 3CX and by the way, I never heard about this company before, until now thanks to your comments and comparison in your video. Thank you very much

Good review! I would add Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX for comparison as well - they have the same features as 3CX, as well as multi-tenancy and good technical support.

I sell a lot of 3cx. One thing you forgot to mention is you still have to buy a IP Phone service (sip trunk). 3CX does not provide numbers or phone service. You have to go to flowroute or Voxtelesys etc to get a phone number or have your number ported over. Still, it's a lot cheaper than dialpad or ringcentral.

Big difference is Dialpad is a fully managed service.

This guy has no knowledge about the phone system
3cx is free only the platform however we have to configure with the phone gateway eg like Twilio, and has to pay .014 per minute.
If you are on the phone for 5 hrs a day which means 300 min.
    300×0.014= $4.2
    4.2×23= 96.6 + Phone number charges.

Outbound calls are all stated in SIP trunk plans, with unlimited options available. 5 hours a day calling outbound? Is that a telemarketing company? That's not what the free plan is for. It's for startups that want to have a business phone line and allow customers to call them for order, support or sales queries. If needed, most users on this service can call back using their mobile phone plan which often has unlimited free calls.
