@@VanOnTour copper weld through primer, I use that or zinc weld through primer if it’s silver both do the job just don’t like leaving metal bare for obvious reasons. Thanks it was as a bit of a mission but it’s back out on the road now. A lovely lady owns it and goes away with her dog she was made up when I eventually got it finished.
Yeah getting that way with this one to be honest. Who ever patched it up before I got my hands on it and covered everything in half inch of body filler was an excellent fabricator 😂

I don't envy you having to work on that. I remember customers bring in MOT failures that took away my will to live.
