Bodh Gaya should be turned into a smart city. It needs to be modernized.

Yes Sir but central government is not interested in developing any city of Bihar .This global city should be developed

I'd say it should be developed not modernized. Modernization will take away the pure beauty from Bodh Gaya.

If you are in India, you should visit Kerala, known for its picturesque landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Start your journey in Kerala and then obtain a permit to visit the beautiful Lakshadweep Islands. These islands offer stunning beaches and a vibrant marine life.
Afterward, head to the historical city of Hampi in Karnataka. Explore the ancient ruins and architectural wonders that depict the grandeur of the Vijayanagara Empire.
From Karnataka, travel to Tamil Nadu and make your way to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. These islands boast some of the best beaches in Asia and offer opportunities for water sports and underwater adventures.
Next, explore the breathtaking Himalayas, particularly Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Ladakh. Ladakh is a must-visit destination with its unique and awe-inspiring landscapes. Don't miss attractions like Pangong Tso Lake, Phugtal Monastery, Khardung-la Pass, Tso Moriri Lake, Thiksey Monastery, Nubra Valley, Magnetic Hill, Chadar Trek, Kargil, Sand Dunes Leisure Park, Turtuk, and Rohtang Pass.
In Himachal Pradesh, discover the scenic beauty of Parvati Valley, Kangra Valley, Spiti Valley, Tirthan Valley, and more. Visit destinations like Kaza, Malana, Khajjiar, Kalpa, Kufri, Bir Billing, Kasol, Jibhi, Dalhousie, Gada Gushaini, Pabbar Valley, Dev Roopa Trek, Kyelang, and Beas Kund.
Explore Uttarakhand's natural wonders, including the Valley of Flowers, Auli, Chopta, Mana Village, Dharchula, Khirsu, Nelong Valley, Devprayag, Haridwar, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Jaikuni Bugyal, Bhimtal-Naukuchitaal, and Chakrata.
Make sure to visit the northeastern states, including Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh. Meghalaya offers stunning attractions like Wari Chora, Phi Phi Falls, The Living Root Bridge, NohKaLikai Falls, Mawlynnong, Nongjrong, and Krem Chympe. Mizoram entices visitors with Reiek Tlang, and Sikkim offers attractions like Gurudongmar Lake, Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake, Lachen, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, Pelling, and Yume Samdong.
In Arunachal Pradesh, explore Dong, Tawang, Ziro Valley, Sela Pass, Bhalukpong, and Roing

When the Tibetan refugees came to India, almost all states in India were given the task of hosting certain number of refugees. So in each state... You'll find a Tibetan monastery and village, most probably in a hill station. So every state you go.. One hill station will be built like a Tibetan monastery.

You said the Thai temple is the most original one. Actually, Thailand and Cambodia are like Japan and Korea, many things are overlapped between the two countries. Although much Buddhist architecture in Cambodia is inspired by the Thai version, many elements of Thai architecture are actually modelled after ancient Cambodian (Khmer) architecture. A Cambodian would react the same way as a Korean who hears a foreigner says Japanese architecture is the most original. I don't mind this, but I just want to point out this issue as a Cambodian. Good luck, man!

The reason why all these Buddhist temples gradually built around the area is bc his holiness the Dalai Lama used to come for kalachakra every year until recently and the amount of Buddhists come to this place is enormous. As time pass by Buddhists from their respective countries built their own temple to make it accessible to Buddhist from different nationalities

In ancient times, a lot of countries were considered to be united India, India’s cultural sphere was so huge that it stretched all the way to Europe. Today’s map of India doesn’t do justice to India’s influence 🤣 India was more than just a country, it’s an idea, a concept. Indian heritage can be found nearly all over the world.
Being born and bred in the west, I’ve learned quite a bit about my ancestral homeland and it’s amazing how advanced and influential far stretched ancient united India was
