Well, I got them Both since today. So i compare NEO vs. NEO 2 ...
The NEO checks HR & BP permanently, the NEO 2 checks the HR only. BP has to be measured manually.
The NEO is using Health Band without any Registration, NEO 2 wants to have Full Acces to all you Data after Registration. The Design of Health Band is far more inforative and easier to read.
NEO 2 can connect to Google fit, but if you don't use that, it is useless.
NEO has 4 Watchfaces only, NEO 2 offers 3 plus 1 from the App. All Faces are "Lame". Just 1 analog WF (NEO 2), none of them shows BP Control, just HR and/or Steps.
Sleep Tracking has to checked tonight. I lvoe the NOE for that, because it detects Daytime sleep as well. I hope the NEO 2 will do so as well.
All in all on first sight ... The Neo 2 is a step backward. ZEBLAZE capped the BP Features and seems to use a new App for every new Watch. If both Watches would do the Same with the same App plus better WF the NEO 2 could be good. So far i will stay at my NEO .... NEO 2 is for S

It should, but I haven't checked it. If I get a chance I'll try and dig them out and test them. They're both packed away as I've moved over to the Amazfit latest watches.

How is notification handling? Can you choose to get notifications from specific apps of your choosing?
Notifications are handled in the tethering app (link in the show notes under the video) and can be selected there. You also need to give the app permission to access notifications for the process to work.
Now I have a question, rn using Neo 2, to be honest. I am super satisfied with it. Good OS, smooth, battery last on average 4 and half day with all time connected to my phone. But if I would want to try put something else, which falls in the same category, any suggestions?

How accurate are the hearth rate sensor and step counter? I mean, it's not like really going to get the blood pressure or oxygen levels right, but it would be nice if at least the some of the functions are reliable.
Sorry, I don't really test that on all these watches. These are simple unboxing and first look videos. I tend to go deeper with the Android watches as there's a huge audience for those, but I just don't have time for all these little fitness watches and bands to assess their accuracy.

Any smartwatch that uses standard removable bands can take any band from any country that uses the standard compression pin technology. You can expand your search beyond smartwatches to traditional watches, sports watches, even high-end product listings and exotic, unusual bands. Just make sure you get the right size, which, for the PRIME, I'm pretty sure is 24mm.
Now I'm thinking of replacing my neo for the neo 2 probably order it on payday. But first what's your opinion on it. Compared to neo 1
Well, it's totally different, so it won't be like replacing what you have with the same thing only larger. It's a nice watch but pretty basic. I'm more smitten by similar watches that have GPS for fitness tracking, but that eats more battery and shortens life, so it's up to you what you will use most.

Please, did you try setting alarm on this watch? For me, it vibrates only once and quickly and that is nowhere near to wake me up.
Oh my gosh, no. I don't set alarms and test all these watches to that level. I'm getting complaints they are way too long for reviews as it is. Thanks for letting us know though.

Sorry, I don't go into detail in actually testing the heart rate or other sensors like blood pressure, blood oxygen, etc, on these watches as I'm not really sett up to do it scientifically and I don't want to mislead folks one way or the other. It's something you'd need to test o0n your own with your own skin color, arm hair (or lack of hair), skin thickness, tightness of wearing, stillness while measuring, etc. Thanks for subscribing, by the way!

Login to your account and check your orders. Contact the seller for your order directly. Aliexpress is more like eBay in that it brings together different sellers with different buyers and handles all the computer connections. So your dealings will be with the vendor that sold you the watch. Check for when the expiration time is for you to file a claim and Aliexpress will automatically get involved, but not until then, generally, especially now with the global delays in shipping.
Aliexpress has a reputation for the slowest s&H. My previous order took around 50 days until receipt of item. 😂😂
I just bought a zeblaze neo 2 and I'm using an Android phone so I scanned the Google play QR code and the F FIT app didn't want to come up so I couldn't download it. So I really can't do much with the watch because the app won't come up where I can install it.

Why can't any of the manufacturers make a watch that looks like this, but with decent hardware within?
I guess they want to keep selling watches so they give us almost what we want, but not quite. Anyway, they are getting closer!

Is it waterproof or water-resistant?
The IP67 in the title and listed in the specs indicate that its splash resistant. The actual spec calls out ability to survive underwater up to 1 meter in depth for 30 minutes, but very few watches adhere tightly to that rigorous a test.

You can tell from the box at the very beginning. The larger one that I spend most time showing is the NEO 2.
F Fit is useless..!! In the latest update (v 1.0.24) it keep disconnecting the watch time setting everytime you turn off the bluetooth. This did not happen before the update. Now the time set to 00.00 everytime the watch is away from your phone... Crazy.. My watch is now useless.

Sorry for the late reply. Did they fix it yet? What version worked for you? No, generally you can't substitute other apps for these watches.

If it shows a music player in the review, then yes, that's how you would control the phone's music playback after you have tethered the watch to the phone app.

Sorry, I don't support that beyond the many videos I have up about it. This is not an Android watch, so different techniques apply. I would imagine you can do it through the app, but I'm not sure. That's not an area I have explored yet.
Try restarting both your phone and the watch. Then pair the watch to the phone via the app. Once the pairing is successful, and then try to download the watch face from the market.

If I show that in the video, then yes, there's a music player control on the watch. I don't remember for each watch I review, but I try and cover the features in the reviews.
WARNING! Buy these watch at your own risk. Mine begins to show corrosion within 3 months. And now 5months later the battery drains very fast. from 100 to zero within2 hrs

They have been compared in a few videos now, including the one with seven flagship Android watches, so I probably won't be doing a separate one for just these two. I'd recommend the Genesis over the Thor 5 Pro for several reasons, which I have mentioned many times in the review videos.
I'll bet it's heavy, it's made of pot metal.

It's rated IP67, but in China that typically indicates splash proof and not meant for putting underwater. Some do though, so it's a case by case situation.
