Definitely looking forward to seeing the review of the Rexing Mayaris 2, especially the comfort of the grips....from a functionality standpoint, it seems to tick off all the boxes you'd want to see in a formula wheel and a good middle ground for width (290 mm)
They went with these new grips to allow for no stick and less skin stuff like will points out. Idk why yoyrs are hard they ahve alot of squish and are soft the texture is just different. You said hard but none of us feel its hard. Jardier said his feel like foam pillows kind of squish. Mine are soft wills are soft and he liked them way more then the older asetek grips. Which is why they did it that way. But hard they are not idk why yours were hard. Maybe you thought they were feeling the outside texture? Idk but yeah just a new texture but very soft grips imo. Much much softer then my gt neo which are very stiff. Also the ergonomics on this wheel is incredible. So yeah idk they are very nice grips. Best ive felt tbh. Like will he loved it compared to regular rubber grips. He loved them. Jardier did also. But for the ones who want normal ones read below. For people who want normal rubbery grips you can get any other ones and they won't be this texture. They regular f1 style grips are very rubbery so they have options for everyone's preferences!

Agreed. I've had my eye on it for a while now. 5" screen, dual direction top paddles, 290mm. And it looks nice to boot.
