How was the location of your homestay? I'm going this summer and am nervous about being far out from the city

My homestay was just outside the "Boulevard Périphérique," the road that goes around Paris, and I wouldn't say it was too bad. I had to walk a few blocks to the tram and then take the tram two stops to get to the metro. It was a bit farther than some of my friends had to commute who lived in a more central location, but it really wasn't bad at all. I actually liked being away from the hustle of the more central areas. If you know where you'll be staying and where your school is, I would be happy to take a look and try to figure out what metro lines you should take!

hey currently watching all your videos bc im thinking abt doing the same program as u lol but for the ppl in apartments, did they share bedrooms? or like how many ppl/bedrooms were there in each apartment? and was each apartment all ISA kids?

Yay! I hope they're helpful haha :) Yes, for apartments it's all ISA students--they're not going to put you with anyone not in the program. We only had two apartments when I was there, and for one of them two people shared a room, and for the other two people were in one room and the other person had her own room (but it was very small). You can indicate on your housing form if you want a roommate or not, but it's not guaranteed. Let me know if you have more questions--I'm happy to help!

Gracias por tus videos, he aprendido mucho con tus explicaciones porque especificas y eso me ayuda mucho. Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. UNA pregunta que significa ISA?

Hi! I don't speak much Spanish but I think you're asking what ISA refers to? If so, it's the study abroad program I went through, short for International Studies Abroad :)
