Dear doctor, your explanations are very clear. I met dental doctor for this problem. When i said my symptoms he was joking me and it was irritating. I'm facing very serious tmj problem.clicking sound, stiffness in jaw most times. Mostly ear lock feel stiffness around ear.jerk feel in right side jaw joint.oneday suddenly right side eye redish. In two weeks dissappeared.lips jerks some times automatically. Mainly breathing issue not only at night time Daylight times also. Shortness of breathing.unable to breath when closed mouth. Finally speech affected speech delay or prolonged stuttering.. recently did toungue tie laser surgery but no improvement toungue unable to touch to p roof mouth. Tmj issue making lots of side effects. Please advise me what treatement is best ...

Try nuro doctors too and check facial nerve and tell them all of your problem..... but tablets are really no use that's waste....

Some dental doctors recommend splint , but I don't recommend because they cheat and trying to do business. I bought splint but truly no use 4000 waste. If you feel throat tightness and breathing issue it may be vocal cord disorder. Mainly nerve disorder. Some people facing shortness of breathing problem. So shortness of the breath cause all those problem. Some times I massage right-side neck but I felt better. Your neck and throat should be loosen feel all times. If it's getting tight you will face jaw tightness and all those problem.
