Walking in Sandton CBD, Johannesburg.

- This is my first attempt at a walking video. My left hand can be seen in the frame at times which I don't think is ideal.
I filmed this on Friday afternoon, during the second wave of the pandemic so there are fewer people out and about than there would 'normally' be.
Nevertheless, I hope you are able to enjoy this brisk walk with me.

That’s Sandown, which is in Sandton, it’s so overbuilt now. Just stupid how they overbuilt it and leave Johannesburg to become a ghetto….
Thanks for your comment. I’m not sure it is over-built yet. Although there are some great looking buildings, it is no Dubai. I think Sandton is built with private capital. JHB is a reflection of the state of government right now.
Good idea! Look forward to more. What did you attach the camera to? I am a Saffa living in Shanghai, and I attached mine to by backpack while wearing the pack on my chest. Not the most comfortable way especially when it's hot.
Hi Xenopuff72 B. Thanks for your comment. I put it onto a chest harness. I also didn't find it particularly comfortable and think I will just hold the camera next time.

Is it a joke or are you not literate ? The whole world knows that the 1 thing NOT to do in SA is to walk around Hillbrow with a camera... At least since 2010 and the FIFA World Cup of Football. Wait until you get to South Africa and try it yourself. I will definitely watch your video.

you need a better camera this good video but image quality is poor.
Thanks for your comment, money born. I used a GoPro Max to record it and was quite happy with the results. I know that sometimes if I watch something and my internet goes slow for some reason, TH-cam will automatically set the video I am watching to a much lower resolution than what is available. When you watched here on TH-cam, did you set your video player to 1080p or 4k?
