If you guys really want to pour this much money into a metro, you better make it a good and compelling one. Like those 160km/h metro lines being built in Chinese cities like Guangzhou. Its fast but a high speed is definitely needed for crossing the Öresund. And I wouldnt want to be one to rumble along at half of that with standing room only in an existing metro train.
