@@vinayakmukherjee8917 Depends where you are in the UK. In London you can get a small apartment, but in mid Wales, or the Lake District you could get a mansion
To be fair, this is only Southern CA. Here in the Bay Area, this house would be easily $1.5-2m depending on the city.

It has: 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study and 3 receptions. in total, 3700 sqft.
It also has: A tennis court, 5 acres of land (half of which is a forest) and 2 outbuildings!
In London, you can get a apartment in the centre. A 2 bed house in outer London.

i love watching this guy's videos. for some reason the houses in these videos seem very fun to watch and admire. i wonder if it would be possible to have an exact clone of anyone of these houses elsewhere? say maybe Australia, Hawaii, Brazil, Mexico, etc. etc.
Yes I had the same thoughts a few years ago. I thought if I was rich I would buy my parents a home at the equator that is a clone to their home in Germany.
As a young 15 year old teen boy who is not rich, not known, living in one of the most poor country 🇵🇭 ... I'm so excited and eager to own a mansion like this one day. The world is gonna know my name and I will be successful.
Good luck. But keep in mind that everything comes with a cost. The cost of success varies, but more often than not I don't think people are really willing to pay it. Regardless, I wish you well.

Beautiful California house, I like the fact that each bedrooms have their private entrances. I like the master bedroom open bathroom design. I like the kitchen and dining room. I like the living room. I like the pool and I like the privacy giving 6 ft wall with the ficus tree.

You should do one for $1 million in LA county, San Diego county, and Ventura county. Coachella is very cheap for SoCal because its population is so low and not as many career opportunities in the middle of a desert.
I'm from LA so I know $1 million is just a normal $350k house anywhere else lol
I agree. Coachella Valley is not L.A. let alone LA County. Out in the dessert your money goes a lot further, it’s basically like buying a house in Arizona at that point. Let’s look at 1M in Venice or Century City, or West Hollywood or Silver Lake or even DTLA.
@Life as we know it Perfect distance to san diego? Ummm quick google search shows its 2 and a half hours away one-way and thats assuming absolute 0 traffic. Same to Downtown LA. And most companies, other than the tech giants, wont be at-home forever.
If it was that close, then Coachella would have expinentially more people.

love the architecture of the coachella valley communities. but that area is usually vacation homes or filled with older age people. great tour but for the real “california 1million” can you come to Los Angeles. it will be very different than this but realistic ! great tour !!
If you search on TH-cam Enes Yilmazer 1 million house Hollywood you’ll realize that even there you can get some good deal for this price tier
