Love this layout Vicky. You have me teetering on the edge of starting an art journal. Many, many years ago we used to do this in old books, decorate a box and send them onto friends to do a page. Then when you received your book back, all of the circle of friends had done a page for you. So much fun! Thank you for the inspiration. Keep well T x

What a beautiful layout this week… I love how you built the layers/focal points without adding bulk in both physical thickness as well as visual busyness and created a relaxing, encouraging, peaceful design. It makes the “lemonade” seem more like a reward/prize for dealing with life’s lemons as opposed to just trudging through, and settling for lemonade… interesting… You’ve realigned my perspective and I have to go… I’m going to make lemonade today! Yay! for Tuesdays and Zig brush markers, the first set of markers I bought when I started. Beautiful as always. Funny, I was going through some old card kits earlier tonight and found a lot of lemons and peaches (my favorite fruit), and that green paper is so pretty. Thank you Vicky for the ideas...Cindy
I have always admired your fussy cutting superpowers 😅😅 🙌🏼🙌🏼 about the transfer me after pulling the wet sheet, I've found that dabbing the graphic with a wet sponge smooths it out. Do try it whenever you use transfer me next time.

Very pretty, Vicky. I love those scripty letters from Concord & 9th for cards, but see they are handy for this, too. I have not purchased, nor used, patterned paper from Scrapbook so I was happy to see it here. If you like it then I trust it's a good quality. Have a new journal for 2022 just for mixed media! Beautiful. It must be lemon season. I made a page last night from a Simple Stories lemon paper. Last week I made one based on this quote that says "Who's going to drink all this Lemonade?"
I love watching you create. What I love about your journals is that they have a theme, and they make sense. I can't make these journals that have no purpose. Just a bunch of stuff glued to a page. Make sense? But I really need the help because my creativity does not lean toward this easily. Thank you so much
it is great to just go for it without plan… you get to play with supplies without care about the outcome… it is very liberating. However my style is more on the “themed” side, that’s how my mind works
